“The rental is like the pictures. The communication was really quick, it was clean. The only things were the strong smell of fish when you walk in. It helps with the fan in the kitchen but it always stays. Also, the apartment is directly on the street so you hear everything. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend. Apart from that is was good, the location is close to downtown seville and you have a private parking. ”

“Room was clean but main door to building was broken, plus upon arrival the code received from Expedia was not working to open the apt door. Upon WhatsApp message from we were able to get the crew code in about 30 mins. Also next morning they sent workers to fix the main door and there was a ton of construction noise and banging because of it. When we notified the WhatsApp number they said they didn’t know what it was and never responded back . Ruined a good sleep.”

“This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. The living area is oddly situated with a terrarium taking up a lot of space. But the amenities are quite nice. Our main complaint is that there was deafening construction going on in the surrounding apartments and it was really impossible to rest, read or nap during construction hours. We toured Sevilla so it didn't bother us too much but when we were in the apartment during siesta time it was intense and we were woken to this noise at 8:00 AM……
