「One of our favorite properties of all time! So well appointed and well designed. Loved the pedestrian friendly neighborhood sandwiched between two restaurant/local shop areas. Will def rent again! 」

「The property was well maintained. It wasnt far to walk to get downtown and the waterfront. We were very lucky to be able to park in the driveway, but there were spaces to park on the street as well. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very clean. We enjoyed it very much.」

「Cute and quiet spot in North Portland. Check in was easy and it was a great place to rest our heads after a long day. There was plenty of parking on the side streets, and more than enough room to accommodate our vehicle and cargo trailer. We appreciated the popcorn for a midnight snack! 」

「Prior to our stay we asked about some trees/bushes being cut down and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! The house was beautiful and plenty of things were already provided at the house which made it VERY easy for my out of state family/friends flying in. We would easily rent it out again just for a fun weekend ! Thank you so much 」

「I think this is our fourth stay! We really enjoy the ability to settle in with our fur babies and be able to cook in the well outfitted kitchen. The location, for us, is perfect as we are between Battle Ground and Portland to visit family and friends. Love being able to do laundry because when we’re here we’re usually staying for at least a week. There is train noise, but we haven’t found it to be a huge issue. Thanks for another great stay!」

「The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. When I got home I found that my card had been charged an additional $200 for a $29 daily "amenity fee" which was not disclosed when I booked the room. 「This was a beautiful and peaceful get-away. The gorgeous country road was fun to drive and directions from the host were perfect. Nice private entrance. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for two. So glad we found it. Will stay here again if we come back to this area. Definitely would recommend staying if you like country living and waking up to gorgeous views of the valley and mountains, not to mention the adorable alpaca and goats. 」

「A very comfortable space to relax in after you return from exploring Portland. This three bedroom home had everything we needed to meet our expectations. The beds were super comfortable top quality mattresses and bedding. We were provided with plenty of supplies and linens. Trevor was very responsive to messaging and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. Thank you Trevor we really enjoyed our time in Portland!」

「Check in was easy. Home was comfortable. It was perfectly located to what we needed, which was the south waterfront area near Oregon ballet theatre. Enjoyed walks through the neighborhood in the evenings. Only downside is parking. It's explained in check in, but driveway is narrow, steep and rounded. I'm personally not great at backing in, so this space intimidated me. There is one street spot in front of home, but one time we arrived back at home and that spot was occupied. 」

「This property is in a quaint clean neighborhood of Portland. Easy access to everything and walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. The apartment packed a big punch for being small it was perfect for the three of us. 2 nice bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms-which was unexpected. Queen Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very helpful after I had a long day of travel with a Mom who is fragile from cancer. So appreciated everyone. We even saw the cleaning...

"I liked the hotel except for their misleading and confusing statement about the pet clean fee $75 for up to a week. I ended up with booking just for one night with a poodle for $75 even there was not much to be cleaned after the stay. They could have made it $75 per night ...and I would consider other hotels."
