「服務人員親切，客房舒適清潔，但是如果是晚上處理公事時亮度略顯不足。晚上休息時周遭環境很安靜，可以安安穩穩的睡眠。美中不足的是這一次住的房間冰箱壓縮機的聲音在安靜的晚上相對的很大聲。不過整體而言，還是值得入住。」

When I told the staff that my flight is in theorning, they asked me if I needed any pick-up service directly, promising me that if there was any suitable room, they would let me check in first. During the staying time, all staffs there just showed their hospitality and kind to all customers. I will recommend all my friends who want to travel to Phnom Penh to select the marvellous hotel!」

「My wife and I loved our stay here! It’s right in the heart of the action off Bassac Lane and surrounded by the best bars and restaurants, yet completely quiet inside the room. The staff are incredible, so helpful and nice. The entire hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower are some of the best! Absolutely incredible value for money, best location, fantastic staff and what a view from that infinity pool:) Simply the best!」

「The stay was okay, but a few things could definitely be improved. The soundproofing isn’t great — you can easily hear noise from the hallway or nearby rooms. Only one room key is provided, which can be a little inconvenient for two guests. There’s also no room service, so you’ll need to order delivery if you want a meal. If you arrive late, make sure to prepare some food in advance, as options nearby may be limited. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but the convenience and comfort could be...
