“I could not have been happier with my stay and highly recommend this hotel! The hotel is centrally located with a short walk to the main square. The hotel itself is visually gorgeous, the room was a good size (in my case) spread over 2 stories, the atrium bar and lounge was huge and bright, the spa was easy to access and the pool quite large. Lastly the dinner and breakfast buffet were both superb.”

“Perfect for our 4 night stay. Made to feel welcome by the staff all of whom were very friendly and obliging. Although the restaurant was closed breakfast was available and had a good choice of breakfast items. There was a bar restaurant on the ground floor in which meals could be had. The spa area looked inviting but we didn't have time to try as we were out all day. The room was very comfortable with a small lounge area and comfortable beds. An excellent shower and toilet layout. “The purpose of my visit to Neuve-Chapelle was to visit the nearby war grave of a family member. This was the perfect place for my stay. I loved the apartment, it was light, quiet, spacious and very clean. The bedroom, bathroom and living room area had everything I needed for my stay. The family that run the apartment were very kind and I really appreciated the breakfast which was brought to the apartment at the time requested (early morning). “The staff were amazing upon arrival and parking was easy in their protected courtyard. There is no elevator, but I saw staff carrying the luggage for senior guests who would have had difficulty with the stairs. Food options are limited, but what was offered was very well priced, quick to arrive and very tasty. Lots of space to sit inside or in the quiet courtyard. Nice bar. There was no need to seek food or drink outside of the hotel, I was very happy. The breakfast in the morning was……
