NEW POOL COMING MAY 2025! This 3,800 square foot, 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom waterfront estate on Brooks Creek offers an unforgettable vacation experience. Imagine yourself watching beautiful sunsets with an abundance of wildlife while relaxing on the enormous front porch. Family gatherings have never been easier, with an oversized living room, huge dining room, spacious screened-in sunroom, a chef-inspired kitchen and detached guest house all situated on an expansive 16.5 acre yard.

If you’re looking for that shore lifestyle, this is the place for you! Enjoy an oversized private dock perfect for fishing, crabbing, launching kayaks and paddleboards, sitting around the firepit and making memories that will last a lifetime.

You will enjoy a prime location in a high-end section of Dorchester County. Just a 20-minute car ride to historic downtown Cambridge where you can experience local boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and bars.

PROPERTY FEATURES:

Waterfront: Brooks Creek
Dock: Private dock. No water or electricity is available. Guests are permitted to tie a boat to the dock.
Pool: NEW POOL COMING 2025. Swimming pools are open from May 15 - October 15. Be sure to bring your own pool towels.
Water Toys: 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board are available for guest use. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own or we can recommend a local rental agency.
Games and Gear: Crabbing gear, ladder golf, tension net and corn hole are available for guest use.
Fireplace: Wood burning. Wood not provided.
Firepit: Wood burning. Wood not provided.
Grill: Propane grill. Propane is provided.
Pet Friendly: This is a pet friendly rental.

The place was great, but needed more bedroom lamps next to all the beds. The kitchen had every imaginable tool. The separate ice machine got lots of use! The views and sunsets were amazing.

Very beautiful property with clean rooms. Very responsive property management. Unfortunately the Outdoor grill and the dock light was not functional and the owner did bot resolve it during our stay. Hopefully they will take care of them before the next guest arrives.

50th wedding anniversary celebration

We have 4 adult children and their children who decided to plan a get away to help us celebrate. A location no one had ever been to and on the water. It is lovely and did meet all our needs. Biggest shock was jellyfish in the water but that is their home. Sliding door from the dining room out onto the porch is difficult to open. Another great addition would be a step from the bedroom to the porch. The family just wanted to spend time together and this rental is perfect. We smiled as grandsons checked the traps daily for crabs.
