This is the third year in a row where we have stayed at the Augustus. We travel from the UK to visit friends in Cambrills. The hotel is absolutely wonderful. We love everything! The rooms are perfect, and we always book a pool/sea view. They are spotless, and the shower is the most powerful shower I've ever had. The staff are great, and this year's entertainment team were the best that we've seen. Breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. The location and proximity to the beach is ideal. You are 10 seconds walk from the beach! All perfect! And we'll be back next year!

The property and location was great. The food was almost the same everyday. After a few days you get tired of eating the same. No pancakes stations just 2 egg stations.

Let s start with the good things: 1.Beach view is great, the hotel is one step away from beach 2.Staff was really happy to help 3. Beds are big and comfortable 4.Room size was good Bad things: 1. Clean room was bad..specially in the bathroom...hair on the floor, toilet seat not clean, rust in the shower, mold on the ceiling 2.Towels grey ( originally was white but due to bad wash or being too old they turned grey). 3.Didnt understood the reason of putting a shoe sponge in the bathroom If the cleaning ladies will use a hoover instead a brush will be cleaner after. As well changing more often the water used to wash the floors will help. A general makeover of the entire hotel will help as the walls and furniture are old and not in a good looking shape. Food was tasty ,good variety. The music from afternoon mini shows was too loud, as I have a 1 year baby who needed to sleep arround lunch the music was disturbing us.
