The bedrooms with one king bed and one queen with a tv and the full bathroom are all located upstairs. Downstairs living room and family room, smart tv, couch, rocking chair and coffee table, eat in kitchen, half bathroom, washer and dryer.
Beach/Anti-Gravity Chairs are available upon request.
One can take the chairs down to the water sit or lounge while watching the passing sailboats and the world go by or just lounge and relax in the sun on the back lawn.

All bedrooms have window air conditioners and white noise machines.
The deck is off the living room with wicker patio chairs, glass top table and a barbecue grill with a side burner. The view from the deck is wide open ocean and also the deck privacy fencing on both sides so ensure guest privacy.

We do not accept pets or animals, no pets or animals allowed on the property, inside, deck, backyard or anywhere on the property grounds.
The property is non-smoking, no vaping and no e-cigarettes. No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes is permitted on the deck, backyard or close to the property. Smart TV in the living room downstairs, Wi-Fi , HBO, Showtime and NFL Network.
