「The indoor pool and jacuzzi were not monitored. The jacuzzi water was milky looking and disgusting. The indoor pool was dirty and full of sand. The cleaning staff left a dirty Mr Clean Eraser in our room one day and I told the supervisor. The next day the dirty Mr Clean Eraser was still there along with a cleaner's employee key card. The rest of the hotel was and amenities were average.」

「When I checked in there was a issue with one of the four rooms I booked. The front desk lady was able to correct the issue with some trouble on her part, which pleased me immensely with her effort. The other issue was the waffle maker. All five days I could not get it to cook all four sections. One or two sections were only half the height. Tried doing different things per a couple other guests to no avail. It did not like me.」

「I like to stay at Comfort Suites because you know what to expect. A nice, bright, simple CLEAN room with very comfortable beds and great sheets! This particular stay I liked because the room had nice Pergo type flooring, no carpeting, which I feel is more sanitary and smells better. The staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out! They were so kind and personable! Very warm and welcoming and and very helpful and informative. The continental breakfast was a wide variety and stocked...

「Before you book at this property. Pictures are outdated. Wifi doesn’t work.Dirty , no fan in the bathroom. Mildew all over the walls . Allergies. No safety, lots of drunk construction workers walking around.Unfortunately booked with Expedia 8 nights. Left the property the second day and booked somewhere else, didn’t get a penny back . Got charged pet fee twice. Bank currently disputing charge. Stay away from this property.」
