- This Old Kinderhook home has it all! The fun starts the moment you open the front door. Look through the wall of windows at the swimming pool (not heated), the lake and the renowned Old Kinderhook golf course… inviting you to come out and play!
An open comfortable living area, a dining table big enough for your whole crew, and a gorgeous kitchen welcome you. The bedrooms provide a variety of bed sizes so that all ages have that “just right” bed. A large conversation/TV area is made for socializing, and a new quiet room provides a getaway space. Downstairs the beautiful bar, ample recliners around another 70” TV, a gas fireplace, a stand-alone ice maker, pool table & foosball are fun for all.
Outside the lower deck adjoins the beautiful swimming pool (not heated, typically opens mid to late April) where all can splash the day away. The gentle walk to the 2-well dock leads to water fun including many float toys and ski equipment. The upper deck sports a new propane fire pit for relaxing with your favorite beverage at the end of a long busy, fun-filled day. Treat yourself to a vacation you won’t forget!

House is awesome. Nicole was super responsive. Location is ideal. If you have older guests coming, the driveway is very steep so plan on driving them up and down to get in/out. Will use again!

This was our third stay at the house, and our family absolutely loves it! The grandkids now call this our "Lake of the Ozarks house." We had a group of 13, ranging in age from 3 to 68, and there was truly something for everyone to do.The house amenities kept everyone entertained: swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, kayaking, and relaxing on the deck with a cup of coffee and a book. In the evenings, it was great to gather indoors for board games. The kids also loved the wildlife, especially the doe and two fawns that walked across the back lawn, occasional turtle sightings, and the cranes hanging out on the dock.We traveled from three different states for this trip, and it is the perfect spot for quality family time. We all take turns cooking and only go out to eat once, usually on our last night. For those who want to explore, we recommend hiking the nearby Ha Ha Tonka State Park Trails.Nicole is a wonderful hostess. She quickly responded to any questions we had and was extremely helpful during our stay. Once again, we highly recommend staying here!

50th Wedding Anniversary
We had a great time in this very roomy lake home, lots of boating, enjoying the pool, playing games and family meals. The property is gorgeous! The golf course is fantastic. The house has plenty of everything you might need plus more!

This home provided a perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate our mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary. The home is beautiful and outfitted perfectly with everything we could have needed. We only had a couple of questions, and the host always answered quickly with wonderful information. The stay was immaculate. It was literally home away from home. From the hospitality from the host to the welcoming of the stay. Everything you needed or thought you didn't was there. Plenty of room. Entertainment availability at the stay, including plenty of board games. Communication with the host was accurate, quick, and helpful. We were a family of 18 celebrating Thanksgiving. We had Everything plus more than we nedeed.My family really enjoyed the stay and i really appreciated the host. Thank you sooooo much Nicole for EVERYTHING.

Our stay was fantastic. There were 8 of us (all above 70) on a golf trip. The house was great, very spacious, very clean, very comfortable, and with a scenic view. Nicole, our host was very quick with on line answers to a few questions and super friendly in a phone conversation. We grilled two evenings and the kitchen was very well stocked with grilling tools. Also, the kitchen was more than well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, etc..A definite 10 out of 10 rental home. Hope to be back someday.

Perfect Getaway
I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a lake/golf getaway! All the amenities you could ask for and a perfect location.
The property manager and owners were super responsive and everything was in nearly perfect shape.

Excellent family getaway.

Excellent Location
Wonderful home and a perfect stay for our large group! The cove that the home is located on is beautiful and quiet, and the house was well maintained. We loved the pool! We rented a boat from a company based recommended by the owner Nicole, which worked out perfectly.

Amazing stay 10 stars
This is a truly amazing property, beautiful, clean and has everything (extra life jackets, pool toys, sunscreen and so much kitchen items). We had room for all 21 ppl to have a room and had 0 issues! We didn't want to leave the house it was just the best place to be with beautiful decks (2 large ones) gorgeous dock and awesome pool!!

Great for our yearly retreat!
The house is even better than the pictures and we spent most of our time in the pool! Definitely the best house to escape the craziness of our current world. We also held a murder mystery, and this was the perfect setting for it.

Great property!
We are a travel team attending the kids sporting event in Camdenton. Great amenities, plenty of room to relax and loved having dinner all together at one table. Available boat rental was the icing on the cake since we have limited “down” time. Highly recommend this property!
