Miramar 245-2B - Updated Waterfront Condo!

What a great location is this 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront condo at Miramar Condominiums! It's at the 3 mile marker of the Niangua Arm at the Niangua Bridge in Camdenton!
Only 8 steps down to the unit you will enjoy the kitchen stocked with everything you would need to stay for a couple days or a week or more! The Laundry/Utility room located adjacent to kitchen. Dining Room seats 6 people with 3 more at the breakfast bar. Great for a good meal or a game of cards!
The Living Room includes flat screen TV, recliner, great lake view and deck access! The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, deck access and private bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks. The guest room features a Queen bed, closet with Queen double high air mattress and access to the Guest bathroom. This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 people!
Out on the deck, besides that great lake view, enjoy the conversation seating, string lights, ceiling fan and electric grill! While this unit does not come with a boat slip, you can rent a boat, a slip, park your boat trailer and launch right next door at Lake Breeze Marina!

Everything you need

We had a wonderful stay at Miramar! We were visiting for a baseball tournament and it was great location! The condo had everything we needed! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, swimming in the pool and Fishing on the docks! The full time residents were friendly and helpful with information about the area! We would definitely stay again- if we are ever back to the Ozarks!

Over all great experiences and very clean unit. Since there was not a closet in master bedroom. It would have been nice to have some sort of hooks to hang closes. Also tv in bedrooms would have been nice.

Comfy and clean

Nice property with comfy beds, nice view and all the amenities we needed for a short 3 day stay. We rented a ski boat from nearby Montego Bay marina and had a great day of boating on Sunday. My grandkids absolutely loved it!!

Great Location

The condo unit met our expectations and the pictures were representative of the unit. The unit was stocked with the basic amenities to make our stay comfortable. The only complaint we have is that the second bedroom lacked a ceiling fan and the room got stuffy. Even with this short-coming, we would stay in the unit again.

Perfect condo!

Beautiful property. The condo is very clean and decorated so nice! I loved all the little details. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for a week with a family of 5. Extremely quiet, safe area. Pool was very nice. Check in and check out we’re extremely easy. Pat with Lake Vacations was wonderful. We rented a boat from Montego Bay Marina, they were wonderful as well! Can’t wait to come back :)

Great place on the water!

My family had a great time staying here! We chose this location because we were visiting family and it was very close to them. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching all the boats go by. Very clean place, had everything we needed.

We rented this condo to be near our extended families condo. It was perfect. It was clean, spacious enough for my family of 5. Had a rocking chair which was great for our newborn. My kids just love the Lake and I love the pool option for my young children!

Loved it! Nice little getaway. Friendly people. Pool just steps away. If I had one complaint(not an issue for us) is that you can’t swim off the dock at the condo. We rented a boat nearby and had plenty of lake time!

Clean and wonderful

Very clean and tidy. Grill and all necessary tools supplied. Had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed for cooking. We had to buy all our spices, oil, butter, etc for cooking. Only salt and pepper were provided. Thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and watching the lake. Beds were firm but comfortable. Our kids loved the pool being so close. A little disappointed there was no hot tub in the pool area. The flies were crazy and we didn’t have a fly swatter, so that was really annoying. Grocery store 8 miles away. Liquor store 2 miles away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!! Would recommend.

Lovely Lake Stay

Great location with the condo facing the Lake of the Ozarks and facing North, so it was always pleasant to sit out on the porch. Beautifully maintained property and very nice guests & owners. We’ll be back.
