Absolutely incredible place to stay. Really well kept properties. Decent pub food. Fish is great for experienced and novices. The swimming pool is warm and refreshing and very child friendly. The staff are so friendly. We go every year as a family and will be going again next year. Great location in northern Cornwall and so safe! I can’t speak highly enough

Great stay at St Tinney’s Farm
Just returned from a lovely weeks stay at St Tinney’s Farm. The lodge was clean and cosy. It was so quiet we had the farm pretty much to ourselves and the pub for a few days. Cream tea on arrival was lovely. Food in the pub was good and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the games room. We had lots of day trips at the local areas of interest all of which were not too far. Simone was very quick at sorting any problems that we had. All in all a great week away. Thank you

We stayed in one of the dog friendly properties on site and loved it. It was very well furnished, clean and the beds were comfortable, very pleased we booked it. Our 2 boys loved the pool too, would definitely recommend.
Had a very pleasant stay here. The lodges are a good size, well looked after and clean. If you like peace a quiet, you cant go wrong. Owners very polite and friendly.

Despite the terrible weather, we had a great stay at St Tinney’s Farm. The lodge was comfortable with everything we needed. There are plenty of grounds to explore, including fishing lakes. The pool was lovely and warm, even on cold, rainy days and the booking system was easy to use. Although closed, the St Tinney’s Arms was still taking food orders which were tasty, reasonably priced and delivered to our lodge. Many thanks to Simone and her team who are doing a great job and we would definitely recommend St Tinney’s Farm.

Our stay at St.Tinney farm was very relaxing,Simone had thought of everything, we would definitely go again.
Another great stay this is our third visit great accommodation lovely clean site friendly staff. A nice quiet location 12 mile south of Bude 6 miles from Camelford ideal for touring
Great stay in one of the Valley lodges. The location is great for exploring the local area, close to Bude and Boscastle. The site is clean and well kept, the owners are friendly and helpful. The lodge was very comfortable and well maintained, with most of what you need. Onsite facilities are very good and the pub does very tasty meals. We found that having the fishing lakes and walks were a bonus to come back to after a day out.
The access road off the A39 is quite narrow but we didn't come across any other traffic during our stay, although during busy times I would imagine a little care would be needed, but no more than any other lane in Cornwall.
Overall a very good site and we will be returning.
