“The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. It was easy to access the room. The only thing that I noticed was that the bathroom sink drains slowly, the chair near the bed had one of the foot rests dislocated but I replaced and finally if renting to someone they should be aware that it’s the room around from the main apartment and their could be possibly noise from the next door rental”

“Loved it!! im glad we stayed here, the cold front came through and kids still got in the pool because it was a heated pool.. still managed to have fun on a cold day at the beach. Home was clean and very nice. ”

“Clean rooms, family friendly, 5 min walk to the beach. Excellent location. I stayed a few nights with my family and had an amazing time! The host was very accommodating and they even provided some beach toys that my kids enjoyed playing with. Would love to stay again on our next visit to South Padre island!”

“For the price I paid I didn’t expect a 5 star stay. However the pictures failed to show the dirty walls and dirty shower, broken blinds, etc. The bottom bunk mattress is very thin and you could feel boards when you laid down. I reached out to the property owner prior to coming and received a quick response with the information to get in. My family and I were booked to stay there from Friday through Sunday. However on Saturday night the unit next to us decided to have a party with very loud……
