"Clean, spacious, nice personelw"

"Clean room with the most wonderful large terrace overlooking bridge and canal. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Good location in Canareggio district of Venice fairly close to train station."

"It’s a place to sleep….thats about it"

"This hotel is conveniently located to several restaurants and piazzas. It is far enough away from the big tourists areas to feel much more peaceful. Yet, it was a 10 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were spacious. Our only surprise was that water and in room coffee is only provided the first day. We would definitely stay here again."

"Helpful staff even thought the front desk was in a different property 3 blocks away. Great location!"

"It's an older building compared to a Canadian hotel but very unique."

"This is a great boutique hotel at a very reasonable cost. We arrived early and they had our room ready. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Close to everything. Would stay here again."

"Great location and helpful staff! There is no breakfast even though it is advertised, but we didn’t mind. The area is a beautiful quiet neighborhood still accessible to the Venice highlights. We found a few large mosquitoes in the room but it may just be the time of year. Would recommend!"
