A truly amazing stay!
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—staff were consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast was a highlight: delicious offerings enjoyed against a breathtaking view. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. I totally recommend this place and will most certainly be returning
Nice hotel. I stayed the night of St. Valentine's and had dinner at their restaurant. Wondeful meal and great service. The room was comfortable and quiet.
What a gem for Camiño, right on the trail and amazing view of the river. The restaurant is excellent and the view and staff can’t be beat, also very highly rated. Good breakfast. The Spa and massage was awesome. We spent 3 hrs at the thermal pool and indoor warm pool, steam room. Rest our tired body from Camiño… highly recommended
Loved our one night stay here. Wish it had been two. Our suite was absolutely beautiful with one of the most comfortable beds of our month long Portugal travels. We had dinner at the on site restaurant and the food and service were both excellent. Only suggestion is to have salt and pepper shakers rather than the paper packets. Next time I'm any where near this hotel, I will be staying here.
The property was fantastic! They went over and above for us when we forgot our swimwear in the town that we stayed the night before by sending one of their staff to pick it up for us. We appreciated it so much and we were able to use their amazing spa they have because of this. Thanks so much!!
We’ve been twice now and always it has been great. Dinner delicious. Was looking forward to the breakfast, but this morning was oddly off. Coffee was bitter and the rest of the food had a taste of too long being kept in the refrigerator? Odd taste to many items.

Very nice place but showing a little age
Staff very friendly. Unusual layout for room but large, clean with a balcony looking out over pool. Must have been off season because spa was closed and very few people in such a large hotel. Nice bar with games room where we played electronic darts. Very fancy lobby. Complimentary water in fridge. No lotion, conditioner coffee or Kleenex. Great breakfast. Also had dinner there which wasn’t as good. Walking distance to downtown. Lots of free parking.
Great relaxing hotel on the edge of Caminha within 5 minutes walk of the beach.
Breakfast was buffet service with many options - all fresh.
Bedrooms are comfortable with clean and efficient bathrooms.
There is a large swimming pool and spa with plenty of room to relax.
Staff were all polite and helpful.
Caminha is a great town with many restaurants.
A very odd hotel. Staff was not super service focused, the room was musty, and though it was great to have a restaurant on site because it was pouring rain, the food and service were quite sub par. The pictures look much nicer than the reality!
Excellent interior and facilities. Great spa and pool area. Easy access and a nice location

The hotel was beautiful but there were issues with staff, especially at the bar and restaurant.
We were not able to control the temperature in our room so it was uncomfortable to sleep.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices and everything of good quality.
Bed was very comfortable.
The rooms need more electrical outlets, I had to unplug lamps to charge my phone.
Nice hotel but a charge of 15 euros for a bottle of water in the room was just outrageous. Please revisit this policy. Spoilt the whole experience I'm afraid

The hotel seems tired. The staff are all young kids who although very presentable where totally unaware if you asked questions. They had to run to a lady at the back of the office to get answers. The barman was good though.
The pool side under the palm was green. Obviously not cleaned for some time.
For me the first people you meet at a reception should be your best people. The perception of the hotel is created there. If that’s wrong it clouds your judgement of the rest of the place.
At breakfast which is help yourself if you left your seat to go and get something else you could walk back and find what you were eating was gone!!!!. The place was not busy so they weren’t desperate for tables. Just kids doing a job without thinking. The whole structure needs looking at and changing to get a more professional experience. No doubt in Summer it is full so you might think my points are unnecessary
