Single-family house "Chez Lucie". In the resort, 650 m from the centre, 9 km from the centre of Treguier, in the residential district, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and flowers, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 700 m, supermarket 4.6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Plage de Trestel" 7 km. Sailing school 9 km. Nearby attractions: Plougrescant 11 km, Perros-Guirec 15 km, Ploumanac’h, Trégastel 20 km, Lannion 16 km, Pleubian, Paimpol 21 km. Hiking paths: GR 34, Ile de Bréhat. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Animals in the neighbourhood.
