“There was no check in at the lodge, we had to drive to the casino and check in and drive back to the lodge. No fridge or microwave without an additional charge. Room was pretty generic.”

“I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all. There was a glass bottle of water, and some ice in the small fridge. Absolutely no snack, no fruit nothing. The breakfast menu gave us……

“The property had a lot of families with kids, which made it quite loud throughout our stay. On the first night, we had a serious issue in our room—the bathroom door locked automatically and we were unable to access it until maintenance arrived the next morning. When we called the front desk, they did not seem surprised and suggested using a paper clip to unlock the door, which did not work.
