The resort was nice, but the location was not the best. You don’t get the views that it insinuated you would have. It is right off of the main road, a lot of traffic noise. Across on the side street there’s a shopping center, a lot of foot traffic. On the other side, there’s construction going on. When I saw the room I was getting I asked if I could be moved and I was told they were booked, there was no room to be moved to. I later was able to see that was not the case. Upon further research, it looks like this was because of the third-party that I booked with, Expedia. The courtyard is beautiful and very peaceful. The surrounding noise is what affected the stay. Considering that, I would say it’s overpriced as it takes away from the relaxing type of away you would be looking forward to here. I did love the spa services, the technicians were great.

Room was marvelous. Came with the perfect bathroom bed and balcony. Love that hot tubs and pool. I did appreciate the welcoming my dog received. Including her small gifts. Only thing I would improve is on the gym.

The rooms were spacious with a large shower in the bathroom. What we liked best was the ability to relax at the spa on our last day there. The staff was friendly and went beyond to make us feel "special." I thought the daily resort fee to be on the high side, especially when added to the daily room rate. Luckily, we had time to use the hotel’s amenities on our second day.

The spa was very nice and if you stay in spa rooms you can use it at anytime! My massage was amazing as well! The pool was so nice to have so close and with a great bartender! It’s close to drive to various sights but not in the busy parts of Sedona!

Booked for the "balcony and view" and the view was construction work and the balcony was unusably small. One could barely fit to stand on it. The big dresser in room was broken as it kept opening despite pushing in to close multiple times, had to give up in the end. Didnt feel like a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2.5 star w a nice bed. V disappointed for $400/night including tax and fees. There were many other options less expensive that had full balconies and views. Regret having spent the only 2 days in Sedona in the East facing room 235. Confirm w hotel prior to booking which room you'll get as it completely changes the experience.

5 stars for the resort overall. Fantastic location, cool views, nice clean room, well kept grounds, pool and hot tubs were all in good shape. The restaurant is convenient and very good. All of the employees were very pleasant and helpful, most notably Cruz at the front desk. They have different activities scheduled and we took in a stargazing/astronomy talk. We would definitely return. The reason for 4 stars was our experience at the spa. My wife made a reservation for a massage months ago, filled out the preference forms the day before and got a confirmation. When she showed up for the appointment she was told they didn’t have a masseuse available. They did offer to reschedule or do a different treatment but that was the only time we had available (hence the reservation) and she wanted a massage. We went shopping in town instead and made the best of it but it was still very disappointing.

The room and grounds were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. My only issue was that we put out the sign for our room to be refreshed and when we came back in the evening it wasn’t. We had to ask for clean towels and never received a refresh for water and clean glasses. I felt a little cheated when paying so much for the room.
