Le Carot: large independent and quiet cottage in the mountains

Between the passes of Tourmalet and Aspin, very close to ski resorts (La Mongie, Payolle), next to the baths of Bagneres de Bigorre, at the foot of the Pic du Midi, old house completely renovated, typical of the valley, independent and quiet, on a plot of 2 hectares closed, overlooking the valley, 800 m above sea level, surrounded by pastures ewe and horses.
The ground floor is common area: access sas, large living room with fireplace-lounge-dining table, kitchen independent, all overlooking terrace of 50 m2 and garden, bathroom and toilet.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, traditional gallery.
On the 2nd floor, large relaxation lounge and games can make room for 2.

Comfort, equipment, and exceptional environment:
The ewes around the cottage almost all year round, the big toboggan runs in front of the Carot when there is snow, the jams of Solange at 200 meters, the shuttle of the alpine ski resort in the winter at 300 meters, hikes of all levels from the cottage, climbing cliffs of Trassouet 500 meters, the village of Sainte Marie de Campan 1.5 km, cycling on the passes of Aspin or Tourmalet from the cottage , the Payolle site with its Nordic ski slopes in winter, its lake and its forest walks in all seasons at 15 minutes, the Pic du Midi 20 minutes by cable car, the baths of Bagnères de Bigorre, its center typical city, the park of termo-ludisme Aquensis to 10 mn, Lourdes or Tarbes with 25 Kms, the circus of Gavarnie with less than 1h, Spain in 1h ...

Location agréable

Accueil chaleureux de la personne en charge du bien. Des moutons juste a côté cadre ressourcant. Calme et paisible à quelques minutes de la station de ski.
