「Do not stay here. Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird. They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult. 「Lo mejor del lugar es la vista de los dormitorios al lago, espectacular. El check in fueron muy amables en aceptarnos a las 13:30. En general el departamento estaba bueno, el depósito del baño a la mañana temprano no cargaba y el desagüe del baño estaba tapado, faltaba un poco de mantenimiento, había tres parrillas que en los días que estuve nadie las uso pero estaban sucias, y nadie las limpiaba, con las parillas había una mesa que tenía rotas dos patas, y dos días entre al cuarto donde estaba...

「Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff were great. Good views of lake and good location for traveling into or away from town.」

「Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful...

「The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.」
