They helped us order dinner the 1st night as jet lag set in and our plans changed. Since our plans changed we did not have euros yet and they kindly exchanged for us. "The hotel was lovely, but it’s NOT a spa. There are no spa facilities. If this is the reason for choosing this hotel, you will be disappointed. It’s a long way to Naples as well. On the other hand, the rooms are pleasant, the breakfast was fine, the staff were helpful and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. You may want a car, as it isn’t really a hugely walkable area."
