"The location is breathtaking. The pool, the grounds, the room, the terrace, and the restaurant all exceeded our expectations. But the service was the very best part. We needed a lot of help getting and staying organized because we had strict ti.e constraints. Hotel La Vega staff was amazingly well connected, well-informed, and super responsive. It helped us reduce stress and keep our travel itinerary flowing. They made arrangements happen and everything about the trip was better as a result. I sure wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was well-appointed, spotless, and beautiful. Everything about the stay was excellent. I'll say it again - the entire staff was responsive, helpful, and well-informed about or stay, oir needs, and our schedule. In a foreign country, it is wonderful to have such a safety net. "Lovely hotel in the very heart of Capri. Staff was attentive and helped with all recommendations. The funicular was a quick walk to get to the area beaches. You don’t have to take a taxi. Take the funicular and your luggage and you will save a fortune. There is a public beach right beside the beach clubs that doesn’t cost anything and Gatto Bianca will provide beach towels when asked! Breakfast was sufficient and the staff very kind and helpful!"
