The police said the person working at the desk quit her job that night, and nobody else was working. Now i’m trying to get my money back from Expedia. I had to find another hotel for the night."

"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."
