A very well located historic property. Close to many restaurants, public squares, and museums. Great for exploring the city by walking or by short taxi rides. The staff was very helpful especially considering our Spanish was not very good.

Great place to stay . Close to everything. Housekeeping staff was wonderful . I was confirmed a room on the 1st floor due to difficulty climbing steps . Upon check in I was told it wasn’t available . It’s ok just be up honest and don’t confirm what you can’t deliver . Small maintenance issue in room. Should be checked periodically . Enjoyed stay .

It was very clean, Staff was helpful and friendly and it is located in a good area for walking. Internet wireless access was not the best as we constantly have to log in and the devices will get disconnected continuously. There was construction going on at night in the same building but not the hotel. Staff was made aware of this and took corrective action,

Call before you stay

Booked the room at this location as a romantic retreat for my wife and I. Paid for a nice big room with a romantic view of the historical area, only to arrive and find out that the window is covered with paint and cenment for construction on the building and the buildings around it. Didnt get a discount or another room to make up for it. Service could be better.

Staff at desk absolutely not helpful. The woman at the desk ignored my requests and questions. Music playing in the whole hotel and could be heard in the room from morning till late evening. Room I booked was not available. Only staff who take care of the room were friendly and did their job properly. There is no manager supervision the young staff and the business in this hotel, everyone is free to do as they like!

Our stay at this hotel was, for the most part, excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also perfect for what we had planned. We would have given this a five-star review, but the room was missing a refrigerator and the parking location was far, which was a significant inconvenience during our stay. If a mini-fridge had been available and the parking place closer, it would have been a perfect experience.

No se puede pedir más por el precio. Algunas habitaciones así como la que me tocó, parecen mas cuartos de vecindad, con olor a humedad, con la tele sin que se vean los canales, y sin una sola ventana que le de luz de día.

El hotel es bonito y se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que llegas caminando a cualquier punto dentro de la muralla. El desayuno es 7/10, además de que no tiene elevador. El hotel tampoco tiene estacionamiento, así que hay que llevar el auto a otro lugar (5 minutos a pie).

El hotel Misión Campeche cumplió mis espectativas, bien ubicado, excelente atención desde nuestra llegada, todo el personal muy amable. La habitación es muy amplia y la cama muy cómoda, cuando regrese a Campeche nunca dudaré en volver a este hotel.

Cumple pero nada más

El checkin fue complicado. Llegue media hora antes y me dijeron que no estaba lista la habitación. Ya que me asignaron, me enviaron a un tercer piso al fondo sin elevador y cuando pedí cambio a un segundo piso o más cerca me dijeron que no había nada sin revisar siquiera.
