「The staff is always super friendly and helpful,the hotel needs an upgrade,the restaurant menu needs revamping,the carpet throughout the rooms and floors/hallways has an order,the rooms needs microwave,coffee/tea maker,hair dryer an iron and ironing board.the hotel needs some sort of entertainment」

「This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed. 」

「Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.」

「The air conditioner in my room was fine. I wouldn’t say it was ice cold, but it didn’t feel stuffy or sticky. As for the water terrible during my stay, I had to change rooms because the showerhead was leaking water onto the floor and water during my showers were room temperature at its best. When I did change rooms, it was the exact same thing with the water, temp and showerhead. It may have been. The floor I was on 」
