Everything in the hotel was just as described but the staff were what made the difference because they went beyond several times and were absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommend

Excelente Hotel
O funcionários são gentis. O hotel fica perto do Centro de Convenções, mas é longe de qualquer centro comercial ou restaurante. O café-da-manhã é bom. A piscina e a área externa são muito bons. O apartamento é confortável. O banheiro é espaçoso. O restaurante do hotel atende bem. Se estiver chovendo, o hóspede vai ter que subir escadas, ou enfrentar a chuva para chegar no seu apartamento.

Nice
Property is clean and comfortable. Bed is very good. Their gym have weights and run mills. Did not use the pool but it looks clean and tempting. Restaurant have good selection on the menu, and the bar have several alternatives.

Very nice hotel with responsive staff and good food options for our first night and a beautiful buffet for breakfast (wasn't included in the room price, however). Rooms were quiet (we didn't face the courtyard, which may be noisier), clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to downtown and within taxi distance to good restaurant options. We felt very well taken care of. We spent our first and last nights in Brazil at this hotel and the staff recognized and greeted us warmly on our last night, which made us feel very nice to be remembered.

Very nice hotel
The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is polite and respectful. Check-in could be a bit faster. Breakfast is outstanding and rooms are nice and clean.

Needed a spot prior to a vacation extension . . . what a wonderful, clean, comfortable, friendly, lovely spot! So sad that we only stayed overnight . . . WOW! Food, service, & room were all fantastic!

I stayed for two days at the Novotel Campo Grande during a business trip to Campo Grande. The hotel is close to green areas and you have a sense of being out of the city. The staff is very helpful and always willing to help. My experience of the food served was limited, but I was not impressed. Breakfast is the typical Brazilian affair and the food on offer is of good quality. I had dinner at the hotel one day and it was enough to put me off eating there again. The food was below average and I think the fact the restaurant was pretty much empty should have been a sign. The room was big enough and clean. The internet was problematic, which for me was a problem, as I had to do quite a bit of work from the hotel.

Nice hotel in a faraway place
We flew in from Rio, planning to go to the Pantanal. But we could not leave until morning, so we needed a place to stay. And we were hungry. We arrived at Novotel late and dinner was over, but the bar was open and serving food. One of us was a vegetarian. But they accommodated us well and we went to bed absolutely happy. We were not at the hotel long enough to comment informatively about the facility. But we can speak about the service. It was terrific. The man at the front desk came around to see that we had the food we wanted and made sure we were comfortable in our room. We would stay there again.

Very good overall. Nice staff and facilities. I´d suggest hotel offer rollaway beds for families, which seem to be main target for this hotel.

Hotel razoável e Restaurante Maravilhoso
Os quartos são razoáveis, porém pequenos e com espaço inadequado para as roupas. O custo-benefício é muito elevado. O hotel pode ser confortável para viagens de trabalho de, no máximo, dois dias. Entretanto, o restaurante é excelente, com uma comida maravilhosa e um café da manhã espetacular.

Hotel ja está com a estrutura antiga e precisa de uma renovação. Mas o maior ponto negativo é em relação aos funcionários, que são todos educados e prestativos, porém são muito poucos para fazerem um bom atendimento, seja em relação ao restaurante, nos pedidos e check in e check out. Em todos os serviços acabamos sendo mal atendidos por esse motivo. No café da manhã nem conseguiam limpar as mesas e talheres e faltavam reposição dos alimentos.

Já foi melhor, os quartos precisam de manutenção, cortinas Back Out rasgada, piso estufado e soltando soleira, poucos funcionários no café da manhã, estacionamento sempre cheio, não frequente tem que estacionar na rua ao lado o no Ibis.

Fiz a reserva neste Hotel por justamente ser uma bandeira da ALL Accor e Novotel mas a surpresa foi negativa, especialmente quando comparado a qualquer outro Novotel que já me hospedei. Mesmo com a troca de quarto realizada pela atendente da recepção, o hotel deixa muito a desejar no aspecto de limpeza, manutenção e qualidade. Do restaurante, pedi um entrecote mal passado com risoto, simplesmente devolvi o prato inteiro. A carne estava seca e dura, arroz completamente sem sabor, pior que comida de hospital.
