Property Green (Villa Terre Bianche) is a large piece of land above a hill overhanging the sea. The property offers 3 modern villas close to each other and a private infinity pool as well as a golf practice in the large green garden. The land surrounding the villas is well maintained with olive trees and also a pond with fishes and turtles. The owner is very respectful of the environment and uses very little or no chemical on the property and for the pool.
Each villa is completely independent so each family/group can have its privacy while being anyway close to each other.
2 of the villas consist of a main living room equipped with a large sofa, flat tv and a mezzanine equipped with a desk which can be also used by those who need to have a separate corner for work purposes. On the same floor there are one master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor (half-basement) there are 2 more bedrooms (with windows), a second bathroom and kitchenette (only in one of the 2 villas). The main kitchens are on the terrace/patio offering you an amazing view over the sea while cooking or eating outside. The third villa is located right next to the swimming pool and offers 1 double bedroom plus a large quadruple room, each with its own bathroom, a large outside kitchen and a living room.
Each villa is completely furnished in a modern stile, most of the rooms are air conditioned. A spacious veranda in front of each villa gives access to a lounge corner, a dining area and the main kitchen. A barbecue for each villa is also available at only few steps from there. Free Wi-Fi available.
Each villa has its own private front garden and outside space surrounding it, there is also a private parking place within the property.
A large outside space with trees, plants and a pond surrounds the villas and it’s set with golf holes for golf practice. All golf equipment is provided and guests are free to play whenever they want, for free!
The private infinity swimming pool with sea view is also available right in the middle of the land. The pool is for the exclusive use of the guests. The pool is available from late April until the end of October (may vary of some days depending on weather conditions).
