Experiencia nada agradavel

tivemos um grande desconforto na hora de colocar o carro na garagem, o porteiro nos informou que deveríamos deixar o carro na rua, pois estavam chegando hóspedes os quais deveriam ter privilégio na vaga, não entendi este filtro mas tudo bem, depois de implorar a vaga acabei conseguindo.

O que mais desagradou foi o local do café da manhã, pois ele tem uma parte 100% aberta e fica sujeita ao tempo. Estava muito frio na hospedagem, 8°C e não havia aquecedores próximos as mesas, o que dificulta comer sentindo frio

Fomos bem recebidos pelo atendente que estava presente, porém com relação a piscina que tinha disponível, infelizmente estava impossível utilizá-la devido estar completamente suja, sem condições de banhar. O café da manhã é variado, porém muitas formigas em cima dos alimentos. Isso foi bem desagradável.

Poderiam melhorar a limpeza

O hotel é bem localizado,já é a minha segunda vez me hospedando. Porém,a limpeza deixa muito a desejar! Acho que tinham que fazer uma reforma só de pintar as paredes já ia ser de bom tamanho. Tirando isso o café da manhã é ótimo,os funcionários são amáveis e as instalações funcionam bem.

Gostei da experiência. Os pontos altos foram localização, atendimento e o café da manhã. Alguns ajustes fariam toda a diferença, como cortina para o box, ganchos para pendurar roupas e uma atenção maior às roupas de cama e banho. Mas indico o hotel pelo custo-benefício.

Muitos problemas na estadia

No geral foi razoavel. Pontos fortes: atendimento do recepcionista Ian, cafe da manha muito bom, perto da rodoviaria e camelodromo. Pontos fracos: piscina extremamente suja, sendo impossivel utilizar Porta do banheiro emperrando e sem maçaneta para abrir/fechar Chuveiro mal colocado, jogando mais agua pra parede que pro corpo Tv minuscula, e pegando apenas 1 canal congelando toda hora Faltou toalhas de banho

Terrível a estadia. A pior de todas.

Terrível, quartos sujos, lençol rasgado. Varandas não são varridas a tempos, bitucas de cigarro e baratas mortas, tv sem condições para o uso, empoeirada, não funcionam, fios jogados. Solicitamos a limpeza dos quartos e fomos informados que a limpeza ocorre após 3 dias de estádia. O curioso é que alugamos 3 quartos para 3 dias. Derrubei a toalha de banho não chão e ela ficou preta na hora, solicitei uma nova e não trocaram. O banheiro eu prefiro nem comentar, sem condições para o uso. Definitivamente foi a pior experiência que vivemos. Trabalhamos em obras por todo o Brasil e voltaremos para Aparecida mas, jamais ficaremos neste local, uma experiência decepcionante. Nas fotos e vídeos comprovam o que estou falando, lembrando que não é nada parecido com as fotos do vídeo. Ou seja, fomos enganados!!!!!! O hotel se assim pode se referir, esta abandonado e sem condições nenhuma para uso. LAMENTÁVEL.
