The spacious dining room with its comfortable sofa in front of an iron stove, offers hours of relaxation under a wooden beamed ceiling, which with its charming atmosphere harmonizes with the cream tones of the room and is perfect for watching TV when there is bad weather. There is also a large table with chairs for all guests.

Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and one of them has an en suite bathroom. The third has two single beds.
The house allows you to choose alternately between a sunny terrace and another in the shade, the largest is to the east and has shade in the afternoon. The other looks west and has a charcoal barbecue, so at 4 in the afternoon it has sun.
The garden has fruit trees, a palm tree, two lemon trees, two mulberry trees, an apricot tree, and various types of trees and ornamental shrubs.
The location of the house allows, allows you to live a holiday to suit you, inhabit the house, or visit the island. It is located in a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of the town and allows total relaxation.
The roads of the place are good and safe, so getting around is very easy.
