Surprise overcharge

Bonjour, Nous avons été très surpris à l’arrivée d’apprendre que nous devions payer l’électricité en supplément ! À la fin, plus de 400€ en plus dont nous n’avions pas été informés en amont, ni sur le site d’Abritel lors de la résa, ni lors des échanges avec Homerti. Magnifique villa mais très en colère de cette surprise bien salée !!!

Unser Aufenthalt mit Freunden war einfach fantastisch! Von Anfang bis Ende hatten wir eine großartige Zeit. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und komfortabel, und die Gastgeber haben sich wirklich um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Die Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse waren atemberaubend. Der Pool ist riesig und es war genügend Platz für eine so große Gruppe von 17 Leuten.

Unterkunft war besser als erwartet. Echt sehr schön. Auto ist hier Pflicht da etwas abseits aber sehr ruhig. Würde definitiv nochmal diese Unterkunft buchen. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend und sehr umgänglich. Gibt auch paar Tipps für den Aufenthalt.

Wir waren für einige Tage mit einer großen Mädelsgruppe da und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns super freundlich empfangen und alles lief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft und das Grundstück sind sehr groß und eher ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto ist in jedem Fall notwendig, um zum Einkaufen nach Campos zu kommen. Der Pool ist groß und es gibt ausreichend Liegen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und ziehen in jedem Fall in Erwägung wieder zu kommen.

Na Pont Finca mit riesigem Pool

Wir waren mit 10 Erw. Und 4 Kindern in der Finca. Es war genug Platz für alle. Das Haus selber, die Lage und der Pool ist der Hammer. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings schon alt, bunt gemischt und teilweise sehr kitschig. Auch sollte man nicht unbedingt in die Ecken gucken, da könnte etwas mehr geputzt werden. Aber wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und der Grill und der riesige Pool ist toll und den haben wir täglich genutzt.

Villa is a beautifully place to stay! I celebrated a birthday weekend there with my friends and family and we had a great time. The pool is massive (bigger than it seems on the pictures) and really neat and clean. The house is tidy, there is enough room for everyone, enough bathrooms, enough towels. It's definitely in a quieter part of the island so you need a car to get somewhere but therefore you have your privacy. The beach is about 30 minutes away. I would recommend everybody to book this house! This is a beautiful house and I got lucky to celebrate a birthday weekend with my friends at such a location. The only very small constructive feedback I have would be to equipped the house with a bit more kitchen items. Meaning plates, glasses, cutlery, cereal bowls, etc. if you are renting this place with 20 people you only have one set and need to wash everything right away. Other than that I loved everything about it.

Ist diese Unterkunft zu empfehlen

Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Leider um diese Jahreszeit etwas kalt. Wir mussten von Donnerstag bis Sonntag das Haus heizen, was uns am Ende des Aufenthalts für ein Wochenende stolze 300€ kostete. Die Strompreise liegen ja nicht in der Verantwortung der Gastgeber, insofern ist diese Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

Big Family Holiday

Booking pricess was easy, fair price for such a large villa. 4 families travelling separately and on different days, easy to register at the Homerti desk at Palma airport. My parents arrived early and the owner was kind enough to meet them at midday at the villa for an early check in. The location is rural and next to some farms so expect country smells (nothing too bad!) First thing to say about the villa is the size of the rooms the outside seating and eating areas and the incredible pool. The decor in the villa is quite eclectic, from traditional Majorcan style to slightly dated contempory bedrooms, the bedrooms on the second floor are really only suitable for children/teenagers as the ceiling height is lower. There is a huge terrace on the first floor with great panoramic views over the countryside. The kitchen is well equiped and a massive bbq in the garage area is big enough to feed everyone. The pool was great hit with all ths kids, shallow and deep end, perfect for loads of inflatables and games. We had a couple of issues with water going off one night and the alarm tripping the electrics however the owner, Peter, lives nearby and couldn't have been more helpful in resolving things. Electricity is payable separately and with the air conditioning we paid and additional €300, the wifi is strong and enabled all of us to connect. We chose to eat on the ground floor terrace area each evening as the main dining room is mainly glazed so got extremely hot in the afternoon into the evening. Plenty seating around the pool and also under cover on the terrace. We had a fantastic week making family memories.

Die Unterkunft ist für Gruppen sehr gut geeignet.

Es ist alles vorhanden, was notwendig ist, um einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt verbringen zu können. Die Stromkosten mit ca. 35 € pro Tag sollten einkalkuliert werden. Uns fehlte ein moderner Kaffeeautomat, die drei vorhandenen kleinen Filterkaffeemaschinen waren stark verkalkt und funktionierten nur bedingt. Obere Etage ist aufgrund der Höhe nicht für Erwachsene ausgerichtet, für die Unterbringung von Kindern ist sie ideal. Pool- und Terrassenbereich sind sehr schön angelegt und laden zum Verweilen an. Insgesamt ein sehr abgelegenes, ruhiges Quartier, trotzdem ist man schnell in Campos oder Palma. Ein super Aldi und Lidl befinden sich in der Nähe in Campus, auch ein Supermarkt unweit der Finka macht das Einkaufen zur Freude.

"The host excelled in terms of hospitality. On the first day ,he brought us wine and showed us a pizza place.A couple days later,he brought us fish.The owner visited us on the first day and showed the house.He was very helpful and generous!!" The old style of the big house was perfectly pair with countryside.The pool was very big!! There was 1 bathroom in every room.The upstairs room was perfect for kids,and there were more than enough cooking supplies! Overall it was an amazing house and I would easily do it again!!The owner was amazingly generous and even brought us fish.
