"We had to call maintenance as the tv was not working. The room that we had, the closer on the door was broken so we had to pull the door closed and pull it open. We have come here many times and I have to say this was the worst experience! Also we paid the same amount we have paid in the past and this had a tiny bedroom. Not like all the other rooms we stayed in!"

"Parking was ample. Know ahead of time that there are multiple buildings where your room could be—-your room may be down the street from the check in building. Staff were polite and accommodating. We were in town for a concert and they let us come in early and use the resort while we waited for our room. Also accommodated an early room so that our son could have some comfortable downtime before we left for the show. Overall a good place to stay."
