" We have just returned from yet another remarkable stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova, and it was, as always, an absolute delight. This resort never fails to deliver a flawless experience — from the impeccable service to the exquisite attention to detail that makes every guest feel genuinely valued. The culinary offerings were exceptional — a wonderful selection of international and Turkish dishes, each beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. Whether dining by the sea or enjoying the vibrant buffet, every meal felt like a fine-dining experience. The outdoor activities were equally impressive: pristine pools, water sports, tennis courts, and entertainment for all ages. The beach clubs are stunning — crystal-clear waters, soft sand, and a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. Rixos Premium Tekirova is truly ideal for both families and couples — children are brilliantly catered for with their dedicated facilities, while couples can unwind in elegant tranquility. "The hotel wasn't too big, and the rooms were exactly what was needed for a holiday where you wanted to be outside all day - a/c didn't work on day 1, but was fixed within 30 minutes of highlighting the issue. The guests were mostly Russian and German, although most staff spoke a little English. The all inclusive offering was plentiful, with a delicious spread of continental meat / fish and salads at every meal. The desserts were varied and tasty, with fruit options in addition to the sweet treats. The drink selection was mostly wine (local but reasonable), beer (Tuborg), vodka (Smirnoff) and gin (Gordons). We had no problem with what was on offer, although it was a hard cut off at 10pm. The pool was clean and not too crowded, there was no issue getting a sun lounger on any day we were there, and whilst the beach loungers were busier, we found that going after lunch was quieter and we were able to find what we wanted (Me shade and Him sunshine) the beach is pebbly rather than sandy - and best tackled with shoes - especially on the way out of the sea! The town is pretty, and has all the tourist shops and bars you need if not wanting to travel further - with all the 'designer' brands available. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We experienced the Turkish Hamman on our last day, which is an interesting experience, and the basic €15 bath is fun to try. "

"Disappointing Experience – Not Even Close to 4 Stars I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite being listed as a 4-star property, it didn’t even meet basic expectations. Service: Upon arrival, there was no welcome or any friendly interaction from the front desk. The staff didn’t speak English, which made even basic communication difficult. This was a huge issue for me, especially when trying to resolve problems with the room. Room Conditions: The room was dirty, with no lights working. After reporting this, the staff eventually came to replace the bulb. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken tap and overall filthiness. To top it off, there was no hot water for a day, and we were left without water entirely for a period. Food & Drinks: We booked all-inclusive, but the food and drink situation was a joke. Breakfast had very limited options, and when we arrived at 8:30 AM (with breakfast until 9 AM), they told us everything was finished. There was also no alcohol included in the all-inclusive package; we were only given wine, and any beer or other spirits came with an extra charge. This was a major letdown considering we paid for all-inclusive. Wi-Fi & Amenities: Wi-Fi wasn’t free; we had to pay an additional €5 per day for access, which is not acceptable in this day and age. There were many broken amenities in the hotel, making it clear that maintenance was not a priority. "

"Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel Thanks to all workers"

"I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet! "
