Canadian Rockies Spa Hotel

"The room we were given was above the garage door and unfortunately this was noisy. We did ask to move when we discovered this. However the only rooon type available was $500 a night more. And this was not an option. This was discussed at checkout. And the manager was quick to apologise and compensate "

"The staff were excellent in providing amazing service . Very friendly . I appreciated the daily room service. Something I am not use to here in the US. I just felt the property was a little dated. "

"Like many older hotels, inexpensive bathroom and other fixtures break down. The sink dripped, the stopper didn't work, the coffee maker leaked, and other very minor things. An excellent feature is lots of high pressure hot water! And the staff were very friendly."
