Sehr sauberes Hotel, mir sehr netten und höflichen Personal. Das Deluxe Dreibett Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Betten sehr bequem. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Liegt am Hügel mit wundervollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Dedeman'ın ismi Franchise olarak kullanılıyor çalışanlar yeni arkadaşlar ancak iyi niyetli ve çözüm odaklılar. Ancak otelde ciddi anlamda bir yönetim ve denetim boşluğu var. Konaklamamızda tura denk geldik gece 22.30'a kadar havuz etrafında gürültüden uyuyamadık kahvaltının biraz daha iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor.Şundan eminim otele iyi bir genel müdür ve gece müdürü lazım

Geldiğimizde güler yüzü ile karşılayan Roza Hanım'a teşekkür eederiz, her şey çok güzeldi, oda gayet temizdi, sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği oldukça çeşitliydi, deniz manzaralı oda da kaldım memnun kaldım, otoyol sesi geliyor biraz ama manzara şahane, teşekkür ederiz tekrar tercih edeceğim

Odaya çay konulmuyor. Resepsiyonu aradığımızda ellerinde çay olmadığını söylüyorlar. Restoran aktif değil, resepsiyondan çay istiyoruz yine “çay yok” deniliyor. Böyle bir hizmet anlayışı gerçekten kabul edilemez. Bayram döneminde bu kadar yetersiz hizmet görmek büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu. Bir daha kesinlikle tercih etmeyeceğim. İyi bayramlar.

Memnun kalabilirdik

Geç saatte vardık, nöbeti yeni devralan görevlinin kaba davranışları oldu. Aile odası tutmuştuk. Ancak iki yan yana oda verdiler. Arada kilitli kapı vardı. Anahtarı sorduk , ne bileyim ben, odada kalmadım ki lafı duyduk. Bunun dışında otel özellikleri güzeldi, kahvaltı ve gündüz personelinin yaklaşımı iyiydi.
