“Wi-fi is terrible inside the room, and the smell in the room is really bad, but the breakfast is wonderful. Location is excellent. The air conditioner is good. Hot water for shower is good. The elevator is very small only for two person with three luggage.”

The staff is very friendly. If you want to avoid high prices in Cortina, which is only a 20-minute drive away, this is the perfect place. Plus, there's free parking!”

“Parking was easy for our Toyota RAV4, tight one way access at house. Super clean and fabulous hostess and staff,very accommodating and friendly. You won’t get a better Mountain View than the one from our room or window in dining room. Shower was impossibly narrow ”

“We have been fortunate to travel in many international locations but this was, by far, the best staff we have ever encountered. Yes, the hotel is amazing: It's brand new. It has a wonderful view and easy access to all of Cortina. All of the facilities -- including the spa -- are first rate. The room has everything a modern high-end hotel supports (including black out roller shades). But it was the staff. Yes, they were friendly and helpful but it was much more. Everyone quickly learned……

“The hotel has a nice restaurant and a bar. They service delicious meals with nice ambient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Generally the hotel is clean and practical. The down side is the design & condition was rundown. The corridors were dark and overall having spooky feelings. The location is just right, 5 mins walk to town and not as busy/noisy comparing to city center. Only issue is they are charging quite expensively for parking.”
