perfect place for a group!

We loved our stay here! We were a group of 4 friends coming from Memphis, Richmond, Baltimore, and Queens, and this house was perfect for our group. We loved being so close to the lake and a small park overlooking the water, and we really enjoyed chatting with the neighbors we saw while out for walks. The house itself was equipped with everything we needed, and we definitely recommend booking here.

Perfect Place

Premier Properties is so easy, and so professional, to work with. The property I rented couldn't have been any nicer. The location was great, the neighborhood was lovely. I look forward to my next visit, and will only book with Premier!

Canandaigua Lake stay

Four friends together for a reunion weekend! We had booked a place near the lake. I was contacted the day of arrival that we would be moved to a different home due to water damage at the house we booked. The rental we moved to was very nice and had excellent views of the lake and a hot tub! Small hiccup in the weekend but Jen at Premier Properties was great to deal with and everyone had a great weekend!

Adorable little getaway

Super cute and very clean house in a quiet neighborhood with sight lines to the water. The photos online really don’t do it justice- very beautifully remodeled and much more spacious than it seems in pictures. Comfortably sleeps 8 and stocked with all the necessities. The management was very communicative and promptly helped us figure out the touch less kitchen sink that we thought wasn’t working… really nice features in the home, beautiful bathrooms and a nice outdoor fire pit spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Would absolutely stay again!

Property overview

We had a leaking refrigerator which we reported. There was no icemaker so we had to buy bags of ice. There was no regular coffeemaker. Condiments were not stocked. Working the AC thermostat was rather puzzling since no instructions were left. The "welcome" basket was paltry; not even a complimentary Finger Lakes wine was provided. There were no local brochures for us to browse when trying to decide on places to visit.
