The kitchen, adorned with white, wooden cabinetry and expansive white granite countertops, is an oasis in itself. Find the cupboards stocked with everything you need for your culinary adventures, or hire a private chef to cook for the evening. Gather around the island bar area and pop a glass of Finger Lakes bubbly to toast your first evening in the house! The first of two living areas share this great room. A leather sofa and loveseat allow you to watch the game on the television, and soak up the award-winning Finger Lakes view.

To the north, gather around a large wooden dining table which you'll find ideal for memorable meals and family time.

The north living area offers an additional gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a game table! Enjoy and evening of watching a game on the big screen TV and playing games with your travel companions.

Upstairs, each of the five bedrooms can be found. The four bedrooms offering queen beds also allow you to enjoy lake views! The twin room offers a greener view and is the perfect space for younger travelers to call their own.

Step out onto the grand patio and take in the breathtaking views. Outdoor dining and comfortable lounge chairs are spread across the patio. Pour your morning coffee and watch as the earliest of the boats begin to set sail on the water – the sunrises can't be beat! Or, enjoy a glass of Finger Lakes wine, craft beer or spirits as a night cap.

Lakeview Heaven is about 5 minutes south of downtown Canandaigua; offering a plethora of Finger Lakes adventures and restaurants at your fingertips. Relax at Kershaw Park's community lakefront area and enjoy an ice cream treat at Scoops. A light lunch at Twisted Rail with local beverage might be the ticket too! For more upscale dining, Nolans and the New York Kitchen offer a delightful menu. Just south of this grand home you'll find Grimes Glen's waterfall trail. Enjoy a water hike in the warmer months. Bring your swim suit – there's a water hole at the end! Downhill skiing for snow bunnies is also just a stone throw away at Bristol Mountain. One day at Lakeview Heaven will have you booking your return trip back!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
