“Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.”

“Our group of three couples enjoyed our stay very much. The spaciousness of the kitchen-dining and the living rooms are especially pleasant - full of windows, light, and view. Our only suggestion is to be very specific in your listing about the number and steepness of the stairs down to the beach and fire pit. One of our party temporarily has reduced mobility and felt the stairs were too challenging. ”

“Super-easy check-in and detailed, helpful instructions. The property is immaculate and we found everything in good working condition. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, flatware, drink ware, mugs, utensils, and pans sufficient for a crowd. Host supplies paper towels and bathroom tissue, soap, shampoo and conditioner in generous quantities so we did not run out of anything. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We found the place to be very family oriented with lots of things to do at the cabin from games to a hot tub. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and sitting out on the beautiful deck overlooking the water. We were lucky in that we had beautiful weather for December!! My son in law enjoyed snowboarding at Bristol. All in all, a great place to unwind from the holiday season!!”

“This was a perfect place for our family of 11 (ages 3 to grandparents) to gather for a week. The house is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is well supplied with every possible tool, the views from the multiple porches are awesome. The host was extremely responsive within minutes and very flexible. "My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!"
