“Un posto tranquillo e ben posizionato. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità. Il letto è comodissimo, però la stanza potrebbe essere organizzata meglio: il lavandino in camera non mi è sembrato funzionale e avrei usato lo specchio per dividere ancora meglio la zona bar dalla zona bagno. ”

“Unfortunately wouldn’t return, not upto 5 star standard at all! Cleaning not upto standard, staff are rude, cocktails are cheap and nasty tasting at a 5 star price, no decent wine. Cleaners think it’s appropriate to hang dirty towels back up instead of giving clean ones, when you have left them on the floor where your supposed to in order to get clean ones. Bellboy didn’t give us one suitcase and I didn’t think to check as I popped to the toilet my husband had loaded them into the taxi. This……

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“Not for people who don't mind walking up hill or lots of stairs. Terrece room have the entertainment above until 11pm... felt like the bands were in my room. Also housekeeping store opposite our room, so early morning noise and chatter. We went for a quiet break, but didn't get it.”

“Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before.”
