Comfortable stay, quiet location
Comfortable location for a holiday - suits family or up to 4 singles/couples. Quiet suburban location, you're more likely to hear birds than traffic noise.
Photos are slightly out of date but a fair representation, description is accurate aside from a couple of mistakes in the search criteria (there is no pool or hot tub, but we weren't expecting these based on photos and fuller description, so wasn't an issue).
Downstairs lounge shows some use (minor stains from liquid spills) but was clean, as was rest of property. Beds tend towards firm and warmer than we anticipated for a Canberra spring.
Local shops are only a couple of minutes' drive, Belconnen Westfield is not much further, central Canberra attractions are an easy 15-25 minutes drive depending on traffic.
Property owner is commercial entity with their own registration platform, they require selfie+ID photos. Also ask some slightly more intrusive questions that we ignored. Aside from that, communications were excellent and responsive.
