Gîte La Cormorandière "Ik zal beginnen met het zeggen dat we zeker een aangenaam verblijf hadden in deze gîte. De gîte is groot genoeg om met twee te verblijven en had alles wat je nodig hebt. Het aanwezige materiaal was kwaliteitvol en het huisje was schoon en net bij aankomst. De ligging is zeker ideaal, maar best dat je met de auto komt omdat alles wel dicht aanwezig is, maar beter bereikbaar met de auto dan te voet (voornamelijk bakker, supermarkt of andere stranden). De wandeling naar het dorp is aangenaam. De bereikbaarheid naar de dijk, de haven en evenals de zeeboetiekjes en eetgelegenheden waren via een pad in circa tien minuten bereikbaar, dit is natuurlijk fijn als je goed te been bent, maar dit pad is af te raden als je wat immobieler bent. De enige minpuntjes is dat het domein bij een drukke baan ligt dus tot in de avond en ochtend hoor je deze baan. Het terras is ook niet echt privé, want je zit praktisch naast je buren zonder afscherming. Fijn verblijf gehad, bedankt."

Gîte La Cormorandière "Cancale, goed voor enkele dagen. 🙂 Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoekjes een de omliggende steden zoals St Malon, Dinard, Dinan, de haven van Cancale is makkelijk te bereiken via een wandelpadje vlakbij naar beneden. Ook het centrum is op wandelafstand. 2 ruime slaapkamers en 2 toiletten. Keuken voldoende ingericht om eens te koken. Voldoende ruimte om buiten te zitten. 🙁 Er werd ons meermaals gevraagd een aankomstuur door te geven. Bij aankomst was er niemand en wisten we niet goed wat we moesten doen. Tot er andere mensen waren die vertelde dat je naar het telefoonnummer moest bellen. Dit gedaan heeft hij ons vriendelijk telefonisch geholpen. Meer duidelijkheid wat je moet doen bij aankomst graag op voorhand doorgeven. ook mensen die na ons kwamen wisten niet wat ze moesten doen. Enig nadeel van het verblijf was wel de drukke weg maar wij lagen dan ook tegen de straatkant."

peut mieux faire

Le gite correspond bien aux photos mais la route passante juste à coté (pas la nuit), le ménage à revoir intégralement (les poussières ne sont jamais faites) et la quasi absence de wifi (une seule pièce où ça captait et pas tout le temps) font que la note n'est pas bonne. Les 2 derniers problèmes sont facilement gérables: payer plus pour que le ménage soit fait à fond et acheter un répétiteur. L'accueil est inexistant: on rentre, on part sans voir personne...

Logement conforme à l'annonce. Pas d'accueil tout s'est fait par téléphone, un peu surprenant. Proximité un peu gênante avec un autre gîte juste à côté pour profiter du salon de jardin. Il fait rapidement très chaud dans les chambres à l'étage et ouvrir les fenêtres s'est s'exposer au bruit de la circulation de la route très passante toute proche. Bonne vacances pour nous tout de même.
