The "Les Minquiers" is a 4-room apartment with an area of 100 square meters, spread across two levels. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with a flat-screen TV, as well as a room with a panoramic window, a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a hand basin, and a shower. This room provides direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate guest bathroom is also located on this level.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) and the other with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). There is a main bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet.
