「We stayed recently, a family of 9 across 3 rooms. The hotel itself is “nice enough” at a surface level — the location is convenient, and the general facilities are decent. However, it is significantly overpriced for what you actually get. The rooms and overall standard don’t align with the cost, especially compared to other options in Cancún. 「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」
