Unique place

The condo is amazing! The a/c unit was very noisy, ( was hard to sleep ar night) the place is not for older people, the floor diferente levels and slippery is very dangerous, but the place was clean and have spectacular views. Need some tlc. I will come back and recommend the place. Hope the make the necessary repairs. My family like the place, Thanks

PARADISE; a taste of heaven

We had an amazing experience at this penthouse and we will definitely be coming back again! The 360* views were breathtaking with the beach on one side and the lagoon on the other. We loved watching sunrise and sunset from the rooftop, it was really magnificent. We also loved the two pools, it was very luxurious. We particularly enjoyed the view from the master bedroom!! The floor to ceiling windows gave the penthouse a light and airy feel. The furniture was modern, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with many different types of appliances. Abdiel was our manager and he was incredibly helpful!! He always made himself available when we needed him and his advice and recommendations made our trip so enjoyable. Thank you Tim for enhancing our cancun experience !

My vacation

The views are amazing! This building is stepped back from the buildings next to you so your view is blocked somewhat. You are also up very high so watching the surf is very limited. Straight out you can see forever,very beautiful. The property was clean,beds were comfortable There is construction next door that is loud. All and all we enjoyed our stay,thank you.

Old property,not as seen in pictures

Property was dirty and old, it’s not what I saw in the pictures. Mattress was very uncomfortable and sheets had a bad smell. We got stuck in the elevator and hotel staff knew it was not working properly. Finally when we got out the “manager” Abdel said elevators are machines and it can happen. Bellboys and Maids said elevator had got stuck multiple times. We as guest are asked for security deposit in case of property damages but in this diligent situations they don’t take any type of actions. I’m very disappointed of this penthouse and it’s not worth the price.

Amazing Penthouse atop the Cancun World

One word describes this property, AMAZING!! From the minute we booked, Tim was extremely helpful with all of our questions. The onsite property manager (Addiel) was superb and was attentive to our needs throughout the stay. Elena was an incredible cook. The layout of the condo was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the kitchen setup overlooking the lagoon every morning and evening as we used the kitchen daily. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the panoramic views. Teens were happy with the WiFi, the splash pool on the roof top was perfect after sunning on the deck chairs or comfy cushions provided. The rooftop restroom and A/C unit and kitchenette were perfect additions, making it hard to leave the property. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the beach and pool areas were upgraded and 4 star in every way. Entertainment in the evenings was good, hotel bathrooms in the lobby and pool area were clean and beautiful with marble, etc. We only used the all inclusive option one day, and our children enjoyed the options provided at the pool grill. Tim's transfer recommendation of USA Transfer were spot-on. They were waiting on us as we arrived and when we were ready to depart. Directly across the street were the Restaurants 19.5 and Navios. We enjoyed the casual atmosphere and food at Joe's 19.5. The atmosphere at Navios was wonderful and the food was great, although pricier than Joe's. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to friends with or without children.

Not so picture perfect.

We chose this place for one reason...it had pools in our condo! The kids could get in and play and the adults could relax. The condo was clean but it does need updated/fixed up. The air conditioning broke, the pool heater broke, the microwave broke, the coffee pot didn't work correctly (grounds in coffee), the clothes dryer handle broke, and the elevator broke (luckily my husband was able to pull the door open when we were inside it). The ceiling has had repairs and needs painted, walls need painted. boards in pool area need repaired, full length curtains need replaced (they are all spotted and dirty looking), the downstairs bathroom cabinets are all open (the material in the doors was torn out but not replaced). The manager is responsive as is the owner but it wasn't the carefree vacation that we had hoped for. Also, be careful if choosing the in chef option still follow safety on fresh veggies and fruit. We ended up sick after our second dinner. Diagnosed as Montezuma's Revenge. Can happen at any location just beware when choosing your menu options.

Ok but I wouldn't recommend

So, I don't want this review to sound like I'm bad mouthing. I just want to include a couple of things that I wish I knew before booking. But fiirst thing first, the view is amazing, truly spectacular. However, that's about where I would say the accolades stop. The room looks bigger in the pictures than when you're there in person. The 2nd bedroom is down a spiral staircase and feels more like a converted work room than a bedroom. But the thing I really wish I knew was the bed in the master bedroom was so stiff we had to cancel the rest of our stay because my wife's back went out after the first night. The owner did offer to buy a mattress cover or another mattress but I had to make other arrangements immediately and it would have taken a few days for a new mattress to arrive. Neither one of us got any sleep that first night so two more nights on a trip to celebrate our 20th anniversary was not an option. We've never stayed in a place that had such a stiff bed. Although the owner did offer to buy a mattress topper or another mattress he did not given even a partial refund despite us only staying there 1 of the 7 nights we booked and the mattress literally causing an injury to my wife. In short, I would not recommend staying here.

Paradise it truly is a Hidden Gem

I don't even know where to start I could go on and on about this amazing rental. The views are just breath taking and the staff was very easy to communicate with. We chatted through email and they were all very prompt. We did the home private cooking once for dinner a twice for breakfast and it was delicious she was very prompt and fast and cleaned afterwards. I do not reccomend the food at the resort as we tried that I think you better off without. Novios across the street was so delicious and Harry's down the street was really good as well. Being i don't reccomebd the all exclusive Tim reccomends a service that will take you to the store to grab things for condo I highly ...highly reccomend that option and using the car service they refer. Thank you Tim and staff for an amazing time you guys rock we miss it already and will be back soon!!! Cheers The Wrights!!

Everything was perfect and I mean everything. Snack bar had the absolute best food. Only information I wish we would have had prior to arrival is that the all-inclusive has a CASH deposit per person. Wasn't a big deal at all as there is a ATM onsite. We will be back most definitely.

Great family holiday!!

I would love to meet the people who reviewed this negatively. Abdiel was amazing, check in was easy, Tim’s welcome package was on point. We never really hung around the resort pools with the exception of the beach for splashing in the waves as we loved hanging out in the pool at the condo. Restaurant recommendations were on point. My family had a great time period!! Ps, do the in house Mexican. Elena was awesome!!!

I’m giving 3 stars because each star mean something ⭐️ Privacy ⭐️ Space ⭐️ 360 view... The furniture been heavy used the mattress is not comfortable at all just like you sleep on wood the sheets are been heavy used and need to be in replace. Tim and manger is really friendly and i ask the manager to send the housekeeper again because of the sheets and he did. I’m not being picky or anything but you should get what you pay for

Stunning penthouse with plenty of room, great views, and two nice pools

We had a great time. The penthouse is incredible. We spent a lot of time in both pools. One pool is heated and that is very nice. The condo is very clean and well air conditioned (almost too cold). The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a lot of space indoors and outdoors. Only minor drawback is that there is not a lot of privacy. You can pretty much hear anything going on in the master from the living room, and there is no door from the stairs to the downstairs bedroom.

Best Penthouse in Cancun

My wife and I recently spent our honeymoon at the penthouse #2000 and we can't say enough good things about this condo! I don't think you can find another place that has two private pools and views like the ones this condo has. Tim, the property owner, was always prompt with questions I had leading up to our stay and made the booking very easy. Once we arrived Tim's property manger Francis took control from there. She is a true asset to the condo. She is also a very good cook and we recommend having her cook for your party. We had drinks on the upper pool deck while a private meal was being prepared just for us! Navio's across the street is a perfect little restaurant and there are many really good restaurants within a short cab ride. This really is a perfect condo!!

Absolutely Amazing

This penthouse is amazing. The views were unbeliable the rooms were nice and the place was very clean. We travelled as a group of friends needing a vacation, it was the best we could ask for. Tim Millar was great to work with and responded very quickly with any queries I had before we left. The manager was helpful, but Mical (Mike) the fishing trip/snorkeling guide was phenomenal. He really was interested in us getting the best out of our trip and was very genuine, I would definately reccommend booking the snorkeling trip thru him, or the deep sea fishing. Also I would recommend calling Francais the cook to come for at least one night. She brings the food to the penthouse and makes gormet mexican food, it is not expensive and really nice to have a private meal in the penthouse. We purchased the all-inclusive in the hotel, the drinks and service were great, however we were a bit disappointed with the food. Still the all-inclusive was so cheap we made it thru ok, and still had a great time. The hotel itself was not as nice as some higher end hotels, but the penthouse makes up for, and we met so many great people mostly from the UK I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. As others have mentioned this is not a place for young children, the spiral staircase (which is awesome) is a little dangerous and I would be worried about a small child falling, other than that I would definately reccommend this penthouse.

Great place to get Away and Awsome views

Great place. Unbelievable views.. Nothing like it anywhere.. Renting experience went off without a hitch.. Smooth transaction. Not a place for children tough. Hotel below not that nice but not the worst either. I would recommend this property to adults who want awsome 360 views of cancun. Its like your ontop of the world..
