Bathroom door would not close properly. No water pressure and lukewarm at best on high heat If you drive your car underground you can get it in but the roof scraps on the way out Room blinds did not block out light The breakfast buffet was, to be kind, awful Staff was very helpful and got us in a little early

When we arrived check in was very slow and it took convincing to not get charged a fee for my Service Dog. Our flight was delayed by almost 5.5 hours so we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. When we got to our room we were given 2 queen beds instead of the king bed we booked unfortunately. Our shower was not able to get hot water it was luke warm at best unfortunately and the water pressure was so low. We were hungry and the only option we had to get food was to go to the 24 hour Go Mart which was not very far away. Room was clean and the continental breakfast was good thankfully. Check out was quick and easy. So this why I rated this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

The entrance of the hotel was dirty with a big garbage container overflowing with garbage. Employees sprawled on the ground near the container. The young women at the front desk greeted me with a sucker in her mouth and told her college to take care of my reservation cause she didn't understand me. The room was clean but the furniture looked very used and old. The bathroom was nice and clean but didn't have any facecloths. When I ask the desk clerk for one he gave me a hand towel. There was a good variety for the breakfast and the chief was nice and polite. The airport shuttle driver was on time. They could do a lot better with the desk clerks, out of three that I saw only one was acceptable.

Very convenient property to shuttle to the airport. The spaces are all clean and the room is well appointed. The water pressure is the shower was very low and it did not reach a warm temperature for a very long time. Overall, for a landing spot for a short stay, it’sa fine place with free breakfast.

Convenient stay

Very convenient for location, very close to the airport since we arrived very late at night. Friendly service, underground parking area very small and tight, becareful not scratch your car, just small cars enter here though. Once we arrived, the floor of the parking was partially flooded with smelly water. The room were clean overall just some of the furniture would need to be changed soon. Convenient for people passing by, so you get what you payed for.

Likes: Near the airport. Shuttle to airport every hour. Rooms are comfy and clean. Free breakfast. Dislikes: Even tho my stay was already paid thru travelocity , while checking they still charged me some crazy ecological fee of $100.00 pesos. No bar or food service to the room.

Get what you pay for

You absolutely get what you pay for. Inexpensive hotel 5 minutes from the airport. The young man at the front desk in the evening was excellent! So kind and helpful! A little musty smell in the room, but beds and pillows were very comfortable. Had hot water and good enough water pressure.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport so very convenient. Breakfast was good. I would go back. We wanted to take the shuttle from the airport and I had provided the info about the flight and the time of arrival. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle and called the hotel, they told us the next one was another hour away. The shuttle is every 2 hours (5:30, 7:30…). They did not tell us. The person at the hotel says the info is incorrect on the website.

Comfort Inn-Cancun.

We stayed because it was closest to airport. Plane late so missed the last shuttle. Complained about $40.00 taxi ride so they lowered it to $30.00. Still to much but free shuttle in the owning to airport so made up for it. The Internet was not good. Breakfast great and people very friendly. Easy Check in.

For me, this hotel was the closest to the airport and very economical. For the price it was perfect. The property is in need of updating, but everything I needed was there. Elevator not operating. Shower door off track(broken). And a few other age issues. Again, it was a great deal for the price I paid. The staff was friendly and helpful I would stay there again.

Great service

I booked the hotel last minute and did not know how to go to the hotel. I called them and the front desk person made all arrangements necessary to provide me a shuttle. Big shout or to him and the Manager who did the trip for me and another family since the shuttle driver was out that night. Amazing service at the check in. The only thing is that you could hear the noise from other rooms and hall, but nothing that a long day and a comfortable bed couldn’t solve. They provide breakfast, which due to my short trip couldn’t taste.

Better than expected

It was okay. The other reviews made it seem like it would be awful but it was significantly better than expected. The room was clean - no bugs and nothing that was outright dirty. The bathroom has some toiletries (soaps, tissues, shampoo, lotion) and was also clean. There was a small iron and ironing board which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine after I put it in a cooler setting. For breakfast, there was cereal, eggs, toast and some fruit - it was all okay. For a one night stay, this is fine and the hotel staff were very nice and helpful
