I just needed somewhere to clean near the airport to catch my flight in the morning and this was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean. The airport shuttle was great. The breakfast was really good too, they actually used real eggs which is amazing! most hotels just seem to use a gross soy/egg mixture from a box, but comfort inn used real eggs 😍

My overall experience was great. I believe that each area exceeded my expectations. I took one star off because I requested a shuttle and I did not receive it. I understand that there is a 24 hour policy, however, since I have worked in the hospitality industry at a five star hotel, there’s always a way to make sure that the guest gets what they need and I didn’t even see an effort put forth. I sent a message to the property and never received a response, which told me that this was not a priority.

When we arrived check in was very slow and it took convincing to not get charged a fee for my Service Dog. Our flight was delayed by almost 5.5 hours so we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. When we got to our room we were given 2 queen beds instead of the king bed we booked unfortunately. Our shower was not able to get hot water it was luke warm at best unfortunately and the water pressure was so low. We were hungry and the only option we had to get food was to go to the 24 hour Go Mart which was not very far away. Room was clean and the continental breakfast was good thankfully. Check out was quick and easy. So this why I rated this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

Llegué a las 3 de la mañana con dos niños dormidos en brazos. Resulta que la persona de recepción vendió mi habitación y no tenía disponibles. Que según tenía que hablar para avisar que llegaría después de las 12 de la noche sino mi reservación iba a ser cancelada. Me dio una habitación que según él se iba a quedar. El hotel es una pocilga. No valen los dos mil quinientos pesos. Es un hotel de 300 pesos a un lado de la central de abastos. Sus estrellas deberían ser retiradas. El baño estaba sucio. No había aire acondicionado. Horrible, nadie venga
