Stayed at the Coral level of Iberostar (adults only) and it was fantastic. The pool is gorgeous and right on the ocean so you get the best of both worlds. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The only critique is that the pillows were not the comfiest. Would absolutely come back here every year

Rooms and landscape were excellent. Many food choices, but taste was just average. Location to shopping and tourist attractions were about 15-20 minutes away. Better for someone looking to relax in an all-inclusive environment. Not the best for excursion access.

Very friendly staff, beautiful room and pool. The steak house, hibachi and Italian restaurants were great. The buffet food wasn’t good at our building, there was no premium alcohol in our room and there wasn’t much to do on a rainy day. The Brazilian night was disappointing. The show was short and the meat was overcooked. (we regretted not going to a restaurant instead). Overall, it was a good vacation but probably won’t go back to this location.)

This resort was excellent! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, they keep things clean and organized, and the area is lovely. My one and only critique of the place would be the food. Most things are buffet style, but some of the restaurants are good, overall not the greatest food but apart from that, great resort, really enjoyed our stay.

The first day i purchased a hamburger, went to get a drin 30 feet away and the staff took my food and ignored me when I asked why. While swimming in the ocean a lifeguard treated me like a criminal and threatened me with expulsion from the hotel. Other guests were swimming in the same spot the next day with no issues. Simple explanations to guest could have prevented such negativity.

IBEROSTAR COREL LEVEL CANCUN My husband and I stayed at the Iberostar Corel for 8 nights to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. This property is breathtaking and the hospitality was outstanding! Our junior suite was very large and had an oceanfront balcony, a hot tub with a little table and chairs to sit on, and maid service came 2x a day to straighten up and refresh our towels. The infinity pool was beautiful and cool with the swim up bars and grill side restaurant. The pool staff was always trying to get people involved in activities, I danced and did the “Macarina”. The beach was extremely clean and we loved walking amongst the property. Because the Corel Level pool would sometimes be crowded, we would go to one of the pools on the Selection side and lay under a grass hut. The Buffet at the Corel level was very fresh and had a great selection of food, the Teppanyaki Naga Hibachi, Italian and Steak House restaurants were delicious! 😋 WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: Need to add fans to the bathrooms because the mirrors fog up; improve the quality of the buffet on the Selection side; improve the Mexican restaurant (menu was very limited and we were in Mexico, LOL); some of the bartenders could have been better), entertainment shows were average at best (singers were ok, some of the dancers were awesome) - but shows were a little hokey. Overall I would give this property 4/5 stars.

Just finished the 5 days all inclusive vacation at Iberstar resort. I like the hotel is pretty new. I love the room TV has chrome cast I can pair to case Youtube or Netflix. Room has Bluetooth speakers you can pair to play song on your phone. Patio has massage jacuzzi which is great too. Food is great and with lots of options to choose. But Japanese restaurant not recommend. Couple things I feel they can improve is (1) shower and hoses sometimes too hard to switch to get cold or hot water. (2) Beach chairs not enough umbrellas and a lot of booth or chairs under umbrella were occupied by others from early morning. (3) I hope they can get better coffee.

The suites at the Coral Level are nice, clean, and comfortable. However, there weren't any rooms with a double bed available at the time of my check-in. I had to sleep on the sofa bed. Seems like most of their rooms have a king bed (good for couples). Everything needed is included (didn't see a hair blow dryer though). The bathroom is updated. Overall, beautiful resort. No complaints about the food. Go ahead and book.

This is a great adults only, all inclusive property. Amazing views, clean, premium liquor. To be aware, this resort is on the same property as the Iberostar which is a family resort which you’ll have access to as well. All restaurants except the buffet directly at Coral Level are shared with the other hotel which is pretty big and going for dinner can be challenging since they don’t accept reservations! Check in was a bit rocky since we arrived early and girl who checked us in was trying to put us in a double room rather a king size. We decided to wait but wanted to eat and change and no instructions were given to where the restaurant is, where to change - I’m not sure if it was a language barrier but it was just awkward and seemed like it was a lot of trouble that we asked for a king size bed (which we had originally reserved). Rooms itself have amazing ocean views, are clean but seem like an update/renovation will be needed soon. Housekeeping left a dirty rag behind on the table next to where they placed a birthday amenity. Restaurants were all good and quality of food was great for an all inclusive and seemed fresh every day. We didn’t like the Mexican restaurant- no traditional Mexican food, only a platter of tacos or vegetarian tacos, that’s it. Very disappointing. Breakfast buffet was great. However, the lady who made eggs and omelets hates her life. No smile, no greeting and just an unhappy face. Unfortunately I didn’t get a name since she never had a name tag

Although I reserved a room with 2 double beds, it was unavailable when I arrived with my son. The girl behind the counter tried to gaslight me by saying that bed selection was subject to availability! Then she told me that it was Expedia’s mixup and not theirs. My son had to sleep on a junky sofa bed for 2 nights.

If we could give this place 10 stars we would. The service and pampering we received was outstanding. We had an Air conditioner that was not working properly which was expeditiously addressed and we were given another room with in minutes. Everything about this place is top notch. We’ve been there before and would love to go back!!

Great resort. Needed more staff and umbrellas on the beach. Staff was kind and hard working but only 1 lady working on the beach one day. Good overall good not great. Italian and hibachi restaurants were the best. No snacks in room like they said we would have and no upgrade option given as Expedia vip. Last day the hotel AC went out—very warm night and not fun. They couldn’t tell us why it happened but they are trying to figure it out. Glad we left the next day.

Thank you for sending us your feedback, it is extremely important to us.We are saddened to know that our entertainment program was not to your liking. Our Star Friends team works with great enthusiasm and makes a significant effort to satisfy our guests. It is important to add that different activities are carried out throughout the day for the enjoyment of our guests, such as yoga, volleyball, aqua paddle board, cornhole, aqua fit, bingo, beach games, and much more. In addition we have a variety of fantastic shows, a neon party, dj sessions, live mariachi band, a saxophonist, a guitarist. All this information and schedules is available in our Iberostar app.We do hope that you have taken away some wonderful memories of your holiday, even though everything was not completely to your liking.
