In front of the condominium, walking 3 minutes there is a 24 hours store...Oxxo, and inside the Condo we have a convenience store still.
In front of the condominium there is the bus stop and you can get the service the 24 hours, if you want to go to the night clubs, shopping malls or visit the boulevard Kukulcan, Plaza la Isla or another places.
You can take the R-1 if you want to go to the downtown.
And the R-2 if you want to go to Walmart and Market 28.

Cancun Plaza
This complex was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant on site has a variety of foods that was good. Close to other eating sites and a convivence store. Security in the hotel zone was excellent. Pool is beautiful and the view is spectacular. My only problem was the actual room we booked was not the one they gave us for the first 2 days. They did finally move us to the actual room I paid for. After finally figuring out they use a whatsapp to communicate things went smoothly with no more hickups. Over all our vacation was good.

Excellent Condo on the Beach
We have rented this condo seven times over the last four years. It’s clean, contemporary, and has just what you need to prepare a few meals. The hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and the first couple of days the housekeeping staff folded our towels into adorable animals. All staff members at Cancun Plaza are so kind and gracious. The pool is beautiful, the ocean is beautiful, the little restaurant down by the pool is awesome. You will meet great people from around the world! Pay attention to the flags on the beach!

We were charged an extra security deposit upon arrival
The host messaged us the week prior with check in details and said we had to pay an additional expensive deposit upon arrival. We reread the entire listing multiple times and it was not mentioned in the listing. We told them we already paid in full and they said okay, but when they took us to the property they wouldn’t leave until we let them run our credit card. It was extremely uncomfortable and set a terrible mood for our trip.
Also it’s two full size beds, not two queen beds as listed. You can’t push them together either, as a night stand is built into the wall separating them. This was my first romantic getaway with my partner and it was very frustrating to not be able to sleep together. Had we known it was full size beds instead of queens as posted on the listing, we would not have booked this condo.

Great oceanfront location!!
This condo was exactly like the pictures showed. Beautiful oceanfront location. The beach was so nice and clear and clean. Everything we needed in the condo was available. The restaurant had delicious food and drinks. The infinity pool was amazing! It was so convenient to hop on the bus and go anywhere. We can't say enough about this beautiful condo. We would definnitely go back again.

The location was nice. Right there on the beach and with easy access to it. The communication with the owner was terrible, I had to wait for 30 minutes even tough I told her that I was going to be there ahead of time. The whole building was not in great conditions. The access the bedroom was code based and it didnt always work properly. I regret renting the place.

Nice enough for the price, but BE VERY CAREFUL LEAVING THINGS OF VALUE BEHIND!!!!
Property is well located and clean, but there were no instructions for use of the safe. I was on a rush to leave next morning, and in the process to of trying to figure the safe I left my necklace (valued in about $1500) behind next to the sink. When I came back in the afternoon it was GONE!!!
I know housekeeper and maintenance both entered the room, and when I reached out to let them know what happened they immediately doubted me even though I MADE emphasis I wasn't expecting them to take responsibility because I knew they were going to use the safe as an excuse. I told them I was 100% sure where I have left it. All I wanted was for them maybe attempt to get the police involved and to interrogate staff or at least for them to do something not to happen to someone else.
They responded saying they have worked with their staff for a while and never had issues. I told them "maybe because no one was stupid enough to walk out in rush and leave something expensive behind."
BE CAREFUL! I promise I'm not some drunken lady who lost the necklace somewhere else or trying to get anything other than justice...

A Perfect Place to Stay!
Relaxed doesn't describe the feeling you'll experience while staying in this condo, it's so much more. The sound of the waves steps away, the hospitable service of the host and staff. A quaint villa atmosphere with resort amenities. The security at the front gate and around the pool makes safety a non-issue. Transportation on the bus system to restaurants is easy, exciting, and inexpensive (12 pesos each time on). The particular room we enjoyed was well equipped with towels, toiletries, a supplied kitchenette, and daily housekeeping. The pool pristine, cleaned every morning. My friend and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay!

fabulous view of ocean with wind and waves
This is a hotel room, as advertised. The location was the quieter end of the Hotel Zone. The room was right on the ocean, and after the air pollution of San Miguel de Allende, I could breathe again. Beautiful turquoise water.
Only downside was we never got WIFI in the room. The very nice hostess said she would contact the internet company, but I think this is probably a long term problem concerning proximity to the server.

Beautiful view of the beach, excellent kitchenette, comfortable beds, easy going atmosphere.
This place had everything my husband and I needed for a comfortable and relaxing long weekend. The kitchenette was perfect and even provided a blender. Andrea was very nice and helpful if we needed anything. Perfect view of the beach and we appreciated that Netfix was available on the TV. We would definitely recommend this place and return!

Stunning view and comfy beds!
This place had everything we needed with a small kitchenette and dining table. We only used one bed but it was very comfortable. WiFi worked great and the pool was sparkling clean. Highly recommend! Thanks
