Enjoy luxe living in the heart of Cancun proper at this sleek and stylish condo. Fully outfitted with modern design and amenities, this vacation rental is within steps of shopping, dining, and entertainment, with golden sand beaches just minutes away. The spacious interior features an open kitchen and living area with in-home essentials including a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and climate-control A/C in every room. Just shy of a full kitchen, the well-equipped kitchenette is no less prepared for home cooking, boasting a five-burner gas range, hood, and three-quarter-size fridge/freezer. A prep counter doubles as a breakfast peninsula with seating. Lounge on the living room sofas while recapping the day's adventures or connect to the in-home WiFi and upload your photos to social. Toast the evening with your favorite beverage on the breezy, fully-enclosed patio before heading to bed - each bedroom offers direct, slider door access. Guests will also enjoy access to an onsite pool and fitness room.

The pool is closed for maintenance. It is scheduled to reopen approximately on April 15, 2024.
For security purposes and access to the complex, this resort requires identification for all guests 18+ years, the names of guests 17 and under, and an estimated time of arrival, 48 hours prior to your face-to-face check-in.

Sprink Break Getaway

Our stay was AMAZING. The host was very responsive and an easy check in process. There is 24 hour security which made us feel very safe. They were very kind. The rental was clean and much space. The wifi is high speed. No issues. Perfect location in downtown Cancun. The mall, Walmart, stores and a hospital in walking distance. Super convenient. The pool was a beautiful blue, the area tidy and the furniture is great quality. Nice views. 10 stars. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Nice apt but it had problems

The company did not send a rep to orient to the property, they sent an email but the instructions on how to open the door were both insufficient and inaccurate. “Enter the code on the electric lock and open it by pulling down”. Nothing on this lock goes down. I called for help and it got worse. He said to wait for a green light (no such thing). He also said the lock “times out” to reset but the random guy who walked by explained how it actually worked. Also, the dead bolt that used the key… he said to try to turn the key when the non existent free light came on and to turn the keys “away from the doorframe” which was exactly opposite of how to open it. The safe was broken, the blinds were broken, the shower head in the primary bathroom was broken and squirted directly at one’s face. They fixed the shower head on day 3. A 10 minute in person orientation could have improved the whole situation. If you are going to function by emails and lock instructions, they should at least be accurate.

Still close enough. My partner who had never been outside of the US felt safe. The unit is spacious and clean. Not very easy to find the first time or even for taxi drivers when I requested rides back but overall good place and good experience

I’m going to be as fair as I can with this review having a few days to cool down from some very unpleasant experiences PROS: Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit Very modern Clean In unit laundry Large towels, ironing board, cooking utensils Free parking Fitness center CONS: Very difficult to find. Apple Maps will send you to 3 different locations. Took us 2 hours but this is not the fault of the property. The property manager was finally able to direct me in real time. Suggest you provide a clear map and directions for future guests Although it’s not on the 4th floor, you will need to climb up 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit to retrieve the elevator key. Suggest you place lockbox in foyer or in garage since you can’t access building without keycard Electronic keypad is glitchy. Needs replacement Not enough bedding Plaster coming off bathroom wall Paint coming off ceiling above refrigerator Faucets are corroding Electrical outlets need attention. Our bed warmer almost blew up Hot water heater worked sporadically Smoke/CO alarm went off randomly Late check in (4pm) Early check out (10am) Hidden fees doubled our costs (VRBO service fee tax…) Pay attention before finalizing booking In general, it’s ok but not great. I’d prefer to stay in a hotel with live staff present on location

Montevideo rental

Best 3 things about this condo: * STUNNING communal pool with a beautiful view of Cancun * very clean condo * excellent on-site assistance when needed Why I don’t recommend Montevideo: * terribly inefficient & confusing check in process. * many maintenance issues & repairs needed *this condo is NOT on the 4th floor as advertised. It is below the pool, has no view at all and not even any windows except from the bedrooms. Apparently, it’s considered the 4th floor because there are 3 rows of parking beneath it.

Excellent location, modern finishes, great amenities

Excellent all around!! Perfect location, could walk to mall downstairs in 5 minutes, or drive to the beach in 10. Comfortable, modern space with a wonderful private patio next to the pool, cold A/C, and nice kitchen. Master bedroom had a huuuhe closet. Only drawback, and it was a minor one, was that there was no TV in the living room, only in the bedrooms. I go to Cancun about once a month, I will definitely stay here again.
