It was a nice place to stay during my dental visit. It felt safe and very clean. It could use a little updating but suited what my needs were. It was great to have onsite room service. I would definitely stay again for my second dental visit. Great staff!

I stayed 8 days. I was usually the first person up for breakfast, and the staff always greeted be kindly and courteously. The pool was clean. I never had to search for a lounge chair. It’s just a short walk to other restaurants and shopping. The price is right. I’ll definitely be back.

The room was very clean and large and comfortable. Pool was very well maintained and has both a restaurant and bar. The service was excellent. This hotel is in a very quiet peaceful location walking distance to several beaches, as well as night life and shopping. 10 minute walk to Chedraui, the whole foods of Mexico. This place is a gem and often has a crocodile sunning on the float.

Pros: The location was safe & great, walking distance to bike/walking trail, 20-30 minute walk to downtown area with restaurants, shops & beaches. Resort was a quiet area with a beautiful, relaxing outdoor location on the lagoon. Loved our balcony viewing the lagoon, very well kept pool & grounds. 5 Star for outdoor premises & location. Cons: we had the up stairs 123 Superior Suite. Hot water was non existent in 1 bathroom & kitchen faucet. All 4 of us had to use the 1 small bathroom for hot water. Kitchen amenities were minimal. We bought our own paper towels, tissues, dish soap. 3 Star for inconveniences, but overall clean & spacious. Would certainly stay again if concerns where upgraded.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sina Suites Cancun. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet, making it a great option for those looking for peaceful and relaxing days in Cancun. The suite was clean and quiet. The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer, but it only had a microwave so would have been a challenge to self-cater. We used the bed & breakfast option which was simple but nice, fresh fruit and toast with tea or coffee.

Nice place and cute pool area. However, the rooms could use a bit of a upgrade as they are old and worn down. The screw in the doorlock fell out, and then the toilet stopped working shortly after we arrived. We got a new room due to the toilet situation, but the staff member who helped us seemed a bit annoyed about it and we got the feeling she believed it was our fault. That was uncomfortable and ruined the experience a bit for us. The food and drinks are not great, so would recommend to eat somewhere else.

The staff, in particular Abigail in reception and Ramiro in the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly. I lost my wallet and Abigail helped me call the US to cancel my credit cards, she also helped us when the internet didn't work in our room. The food in the hotel restaurant, La Isla, is excellent, and Ramiro is an excellent waiter; he will patiently explain the menu items to you and make sure you are happy with what you order. If you stay at this hotel, you will experience genuine, traditional Mexican generosity.

I stayed for a week and was there for dental work and mini vacation, and I booked the 2 bedroom Master Suite because I wanted the space and the view. Here's my honest review of Sina Suites...I'm trying to write the review that I wish I saw before I booked, and yeah I probably still would have booked. Location: 7/10 It's slightly away, but still in somewhat reasonable walking distance, to the main areas of the Hotel Zone. I will say a good portion of the walk in between Sina and where everything is feels a bit sketchy at night in terms of both "bad guys" and wildlife, although I didn't have anything happen on my walks. Quality of Room: 6/10 It's very basic and 3-star quality, mattresses were a bit sub-par. Was slightly disappointed because I paid close to larger/all-inclusive resort prices for the week. Upside was that it was clean, no bugs or any issues. Overall Vibe: (Subjective) 8/10 It was great for me because I prefer a more chill experience and don't party, but others may prefer to stay elsewhere. I loved that it was relaxed and mostly quiet. Most common ages of guests ranged from 30s and up, and mostly couples. Restaurant: 8/10 Food was good, service was great, view was excellent. Staff: 10/10 Excellent staff, very professional and friendly. Resort Nightlife: 5/10 The restaurant/bar closes at 10:30, go into town if you want to party. Likelyness to Return: 8/10 I enjoyed my stay and would be very open to staying again. Overall Score: 7.3/10
