「Mooi gelegen groot appartement in het centrum van Oviedo. Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats in een afgesloten parkeergarage bij hoorde.Gastvrij ontvangst door de eigenaren.Gelegen aan de “ wijnroute”; diverse bars en restaurants in de straat. Geen last gehad van geluidshinder ook al was het erg druk in de straat.Inrichting is enigszins gedateerd maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.Alle touristische attracties zijn op loopafstand. Er zijn 2 supermarkten in de buurt.」

「Un logement très confortable et en tous points conforme à la description. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et attentif aux demandes des locataires. Fidel est un homme charmant et compétent. La procédure d'accès au logement est pratique mais il conviendrait de préciser que l'enregistrement en ligne est obligatoire.
