"The Yellow House is a wonderful B and B for a relaxing weekend. The owner is very conscientious and his breakfasts reflect that. There was always hot coffee available in the mornings and snacks, including home made cookies, during the day. The house is very clean and well kept. Our bed was a little small and therefore, I found it hard to sleep well. The next time we stay here I would request a room with a larger bed. I would definitely return for a weekend here. "

"Comfortable accommodations (though if possible, ask for a room on the top floor as the floor squeaks something awful and you don't want to hear that overhead). Pretty good selection of breakfast choices and nice perk of the wine and appetizers in the early evening. Having a parking lot instead of street parking is nice as well. Staff was very friendly. Overall pleased with our stay."

"At the time of booking a bed-and-breakfast I thought that breakfast would be included and be prepared by cook. But I got breakfast in a bag in refrigerator to take to my room. If I would’ve known prior to booking the bed and breakfast I would’ve not to stay there."

"We could not recommend highly enough. Willy and Shoney are great hosts. Three-course breakfasts were amazing. Homemade cookies set out as take-aways every day. Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay."

"The Henderson is a very charming and rustic place to stay. It is in a great location and is very convienent to the local shops, restaurants and pubs. The host and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They provide two choices for breakfast each morning. The meals are delicious. We plan on making the Henderson our play to stay when visiting my hometown of Hendersonville, NC. "

"Wonderful property. Delicious breakfasts are included and we really appreciate how the staff remembered our dietary restrictions and served us something delicious every day. Super convenient to some great downtown restaurants and Biltmore. Only down side is it's off a busy road--and you will hear traffic noise. But don't let that deter you. "

"Lots of old-school charm in this historic home and beautiful property. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Anna and Richard were very welcoming, friendly and most attentive. The on-site waterfall and restaurant were an added bonus, and the food was excellent! I would definitely return again!"

"Fabulous house and location within easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Beautifully decorated with everything we could possibly need. Loved the front porch with the swing for watching sunsets over the mountains. Gorgeous views. The only potential negative could be the number of camper campsites adjacent to the property. Only two were occupied and the people were very quiet so we had a peaceful stay. But during busy times there could be a lot of activity. It’s a great place for families, since...

"Property was perfect for our getaway. Close enough to town, but still felt nice and secluded. The views are some of the best I've seen. Cabin also close to Blue Ridge Parkway access."

"We loved our stay at the log cabin. The hot tub was great to sit in in the morning and the back porch looking out into the woods was very relaxing. We had a fire in the fireplace one night and between the games in the books had a great stay."
